Hotel is really nice. Pros: Really clean, cosy room. Not very large, but very well equipped. Internet is free of charge and available in the hotel. Staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Coffee is really good. City center is 20 minutes away on foot. Cons: They don’t do housekeeping on New Year’s Day. They don’t have restaurant for lunch and dinner.
the location was good 30min walking from city center and 5 min by bus. break fast was very good.room were small but clean. it was near zira hotel and shopping center. some good serbian restuarants near hotel.10 min walki to biggest park with church in belgrade that I dont remember its name.rvery thing was good. one big outdoor and indoor pool was beside the park that you can go there and pay alittle money.
The hotel is located near the city center and it has a private parking (with extra cost) which is very important. The staff very helpful and kind. Both the room and the bathroom quite small, with no view from the window but both clean. The breakfast was poor.
My base for a short business trip, the hotel is modern and comfortable. The breakfast was OK, as was the Wi-fi. It is a 30-minute walk to Republic Square and the staff were friendly. Bit strange that the cleaner didn’t come in on the final day when the sign was up.
The triple ,room taken by us was small and the steel cot kept for the third guest was making a creeking noise .When requested, the reception staff refused to change it to wooden cot, stating that they do not have a single wooden cot. With three guests in the room,,they had kept coffee powder only for two.The reception staff refused to send additional coffee powder and said replenishment of coffee powder etc.,will be done only when the room is cleaned in the morning and not at other times. The hotel is trying to encash on the Holiday Inn brand image without matching service of other Holiday Inn hotels in the world. We had a very unpleasant stay in the Hotel, the worst among the eleven hotels we stayed during our tour of Europe in September 2019.We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel,Belgrade from the 26 th to 28th September 2019.…
