Hotel is really nice. Pros: Really clean, cosy room. Not very large, but very well equipped. Internet is free of charge and available in the hotel. Staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Coffee is really good. City center is 20 minutes away on foot. Cons: They don’t do housekeeping on New Year’s Day. They don’t have restaurant for lunch and dinner.

The hotel is located near the city center and it has a private parking (with extra cost) which is very important. The staff very helpful and kind. Both the room and the bathroom quite small, with no view from the window but both clean. The breakfast was poor.

My base for a short business trip, the hotel is modern and comfortable. The breakfast was OK, as was the Wi-fi. It is a 30-minute walk to Republic Square and the staff were friendly. Bit strange that the cleaner didn’t come in on the final day when the sign was up.

The triple ,room taken by us was small and the steel cot kept for the third guest was making a creeking noise .When requested, the reception staff refused to change it to wooden cot, stating that they do not have a single wooden cot. With three guests in the room,,they had kept coffee powder only for two.The reception staff refused to send additional coffee powder and said replenishment of coffee powder etc.,will be done only when the room is cleaned in the morning and not at other times. The hotel is trying to encash on the Holiday Inn brand image without matching service of other Holiday Inn hotels in the world. We had a very unpleasant stay in the Hotel, the worst among the eleven hotels we stayed during our tour of Europe in September 2019.We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel,Belgrade from the 26 th to 28th September 2019.

Hello Sampath N, Thanks for choosing Holiday Inn Express Belgrade City and for leaving us feedback. I'm glad to see the high ratings for the location of our hotel and the quality of sleep you had during your stay. It's quite frustrating to learn that we did not live up to your expectations because of the service that you received. We always challenge ourselves to be better and feedback like yours will serve as a constant reminder. I have shared your sentiments to our local team and I am confident that they will take appropriate steps to better our services. I hope in the future you will give us another opportunity to make things right. Best Regards,  Dianne L. Case Manager IHGService
