The hotel is quite small but pleasant. It's not modern, but it's clean and the staff is nice. The trams and buses are quite close (up to 5min by foot) and closeby are some good restaurants and caffes.
Be prepared for a strong cigarette smell in your room, at least it was a case with ours and we could not get rid of it during 3 days stay. The breakfast is small but has dicent options with some small day to day varietes. It has a small parking outside.

As a solo traveller for the first time in Belgrade for Dental treatment at the nearby Dr Popovic clinic, this rustic old style family hotel was perfect for my 2 week stay. The staff, particularly the receptionist was beyond helpful, offering assistance in translation, bookings etc warmly and generous.

I had to stay at the nearby hotel Nota as they were fully booked for one night of my stay. The Nota was as expected better overall facilities at 2x the price. Avoid at all cost the Nota Tuna breakfast option a pie of cheese and fries with no noticeable Tuna, one forkful was too much. I am very happy to return to the Vozatev for the rest of my stay.

Stayed in Hotel Vozarev for 2 nights on our way to and from Bled Slovenia
Placed in a good quiet area, the street a little bit narrow, good free parking, room with terrace on the second floor, big room, good bathroom, nice towels and sheets (the only MINUS was that the bed was "screaming" at every move we made, especially unpleasant during sleep)
Good breakfast, basic but sufficient for the first part of the day.
Nice people at front-desk, good speaking english, willing to help...
Good traditional restaurant in about 1 km - ORASAC, fair prices and big portions

We recently had a disappointing experience during our two-day stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we were required to change rooms three times due to the unacceptable cleanliness and maintenance issues. The rooms suffered from a strong unpleasant odor, not functioning air conditioning and damaged power outlets. Specifically, only one power outlet in the bathroom was functional, which posed a significant safety risk.

The breakfast options were also lacking, with an undercooked omelet and limited sweet spread options (eg honey/nutella), only jam was available. The only redeeming aspect was the cheese pie, which was a pleasant surprise.

Furthermore, the hotel's remote location was a significant inconvenience, with a walking distance of approximately 35-40 minutes from the city center. While there was a nearby bus/tram stop, we struggled to navigate the public transportation system without internet access and language support from locals.

In light of these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to others. The combination of poor maintenance, subpar amenities, and inconvenient location make it an unsatisfactory choice.

I spent three days at hotel Vozarev and it was a great experience!! New, small, nicely decorated, clean hotel with great service! Staff is very polite and helpful, rooms are small but
comfortable, Wifi and parking is free! Location is not in the center, but is well connected and in close proximity to a Bulevar kralja Aleksandra (very lively street filled with restaurants, shops, cafes etc...)! I highly recomend this hotel!

Comfortable, clean room with a good repair. Friendly staff. Wi-fi with no problems. Good breakfast. Private free parking. Photos on the website are true. Bit far away from the center, but if you have a car, it's not a problem.
Total lack of soundproofing between rooms. So if your neighbors feel an urge to have sex at two o'clock after midnight, get ready enjoy the process with them.

Located in a busy side street some distance from the bus and train stations (taxi fare approx. Din.700), The hotel is, however only 5 minutes walk from Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra with its bars, restaurants, shops and good local transport. Tram routes 7 for the bus and train stations and Novi Beograd (for Zemun) and 14 for Trg. Slavija for the A1 Express Airport bus and city centre and particularly useful. The hotel is an attractive building.Reception staff are welcoming, polite and helpful. There is no bar, but drinks can be bought at reception and enjoyed on the terrace. A choice of bedrooms is offered, all air conditioned and en-suite for single, double or family occupation. My room, for single use was a good size and very well furnished with a comfortable bed, bedside light ,wardrobe with shelves, table and chair, wall mounted TV with English language channels, stocked fridge and safe. The room was carpeted. The en-suite comprised shower, toilet, wash basin and hair dryer, all maintained to the highest standards. Buffet breakfast, which can be taken in the breakfast room or on the terrace offered an excellent choice of hot and cold items, sufficient to satisfy any appetite. Other services include car parking and Wi-Fi. Hot and cold drinks and snacks are available at all times from a vending machine. The Vozarev is suitable for both business and leisure guests and offers excellent value for money.

This hotel is in a nice suburb of Belgrade with awesome, fast links into the city. Great value for money, new, clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff, always eager to help.

There are trams and buses that will take you everywhere, not more than a block away from the hotel. Staff at the hotel will give you a map and help you out. Great way to see a side of Belgrade most people don't see.

There is a nice beer garden on the same street. Two nice restaurants nearby as well.

Breakfast is amazing. I had worse breakfasts at 5 star hotels!!!
