We chose this hotel for a long weekend visiting Belgrade because of balanced comments on TripAdvisor. Location is perfect, downtown, and breakfast is OK. But, on the other side, rooms are small, conditioned air wasn't working (what made the room too hot, as temperatures outside were mild, and despite the fact that you could open partially the window; this wasn't enough). Moreover, when a clear problema with the hair dryer arose -quick stop after switching it on-, we were told that we didn't know how to handle it and that we would be thought how to press the button! Finally the issue was solved replacing the set dryer, as the unit was not working for more tan 15 sec. This meant one day without hair dryer; of course we survived, but we didn't like how they handled the situation.…
Location is perfect for a tourist. Parking is possible. Room was large and comfortable. Building and utilities are modern, clean and good quality. Personnel is friendly, starting from front desk manager Ms Kućerović and front desk officer Mr. Belaćevic up to hotel driver Mr Ninan. Breakfast was not among the best, but good. Prices are value for money. The Royal Inn is a highly advisable hotel.
Top class hotel, was 4 star and completely deserved it, only very slight downside was the breakfast could have been a little better, especially when you consider the quality of the hotel. The location was excellent as well, being right in the heart of the beautiful city of Belgrade
We were treated poorly at the Hotel which ruined our opinion and view on the Hotel. Staff were rude, simple requests were not met, privacy wasn't respected and our confirmed reservation of parking wasn't provided due to poor management with no apology.
We stayed in this hotel the last week of December..We really enjoyed our stay,it couldn't be better..The room was quite big, clean and very modern,as the hotel has been renovated recently. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of delicious things that we adored! All the staff were amazing, very very friendly and eager to help you.The hotel is located at the centre of Belgrade so it's very convenient, especially for families like us..Everything is very close to the hotel.. The only negative comment is as regards the lady who probably is responsible for the service, bars etc..It's not a professional reaction to shouting to her colleagues during the breakfast time when there are customers at the breakfast hall and the doors of the kitchen were widely open! It was very unpleasant for us…
This a nice hotel in a really great location. Has everything you need. Comfortable bed and pillows, great shower! There is a really good selection for breakfast too. Only comment would be that it’s a little difficult to control the thermostat on the heater. Great spot for exploring all Belgrade has to offer and really helpful staff.
It is just average hotel. Plus is great location, bathroom is renovated and looks like great it is quite hotel, and breakfast is very good. there is change office in the hotel and bar on first floor. Minus is that there is no kettle in the room and coffee and tea set which should be standard, There is even no deposit box in the room. On request you can obtain it. There were few spots at the carpet in the room.
Very clean. Very good located. Nice and friendly staff. Place to be considered if you stay in Belgrade. Prices are real good, several good restaurant nearby, walking distance 2/3 minutes. Nice lobby, one remark only, slippers and bathrobe, would just give touch of class.
I had a standard room that had standard stuff in it, a nice bathroom and the bed was comfy. It was written that they clean the room every 3 days but they cleaned it everyday I was there. The rest of the hotel was nice with a swanky bar and the food provided for breakfast and in the evening was generally good. The staff...I cant say enough nice things about the staff, I arrived in Belgrade with no bag since the airline had left it in my previous destination. The hotel staff were very compassionate about this and spent hours on hold to the airline trying to find out where my bag is while also juggling several other jobs. The location is also surrounded by several bars, restaurants and clothing shops making an ideal place to explore Belgrade.
Very nice hotel in good location. Everything is near you and you feel safe since the area is crowded. The room and rest areas are of minimal decoration. The room though it was small specially if its for couples I'm sure there will be no space for luggages. Overall it was clean but for sure the walls need better cleaness. I mean the walls in room you can see the traces from previous guests shoe traces or fingers and also the wall next to breakfast tables you can see stains from sauces etc. Breakfast nice but predictable. Staff: young people all gentle and modest. Advantage of Hotel that there is exchange kiosk for changing money. Generally I would suggest someone to stay in.
