Firstly the hotel itself is really feels luxurious, the staff are very friendly too. The rooms are excellent, and they leave a nice big bowl of fruit as a welcome. They also sell excellent wines and the service is brilliant. As if that was not enough, the location is really good too! Hval vam puno!
This is an attractive hotel on the outside, but we were royally and dishonestly ripped-off on our trip, and it's worth being cautious before booking. We ordered a shuttle from the airport - not cheap at €30 a trip - but our flights were delayed, we missed a connection, and we ended up arriving in Belgrade 8 hours late. Getting into the hotel at midnight, with two exhausted children, we were first made to wait ten minutes while the single staff member talked slowly to someone else, then cursorily informed that we would have to pay the €30 for the shuttle we'd missed. Despite explaining to two different staff members that we'd missed it - and been unable to cancel it in advance - because of our flight delays and rerouting, the hotel refused all entreaties, and took our money anyway for the service they'd not provided. They were rude, dismissive and seemingly uninterested in anything but the money. This impression wove through the whole stay. I'd advise caution: this is a fancy place on the outside, but there is zero interest in the customer, and the atmosphere is cold. It's all about the tourist dollar.…
Centrally located. Very Friendly and Helpful staff. Neat and clean rooms. Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of dishes available. A little but small in size the rooms were, but us Americans our used to big size things. Not so in Europe and other part of the world
The Hotel Moskva has lots of character and history. An excellent location, right on Terazije, and close to both business and tourist locations. My room was clean and comfortable, even though very small - but a big window and lots of light, as well as an extremely comfortable bed, made it nice. The staff are pleasant and the service is good. Breakfast is excellent, in the grand dining/cafe area, with accompanying pianist ...! Lots of other restaurant options in close walking distance.
Most sincere thanks to Nemanja Golubović and the rest of the Hotel Moskva staff for most beautiful afternoon. I am promted by teh TripAdvisor to write at least 200 characters but I have alredy said all I wanted. Thank you
This is a beautiful hotel with a rich history. I stayed in a single room which was small but elegant, clean and comfortable. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. I thought the restaurant could have had better vegetarian options, but it was nonetheless very good. A stay in the Hotel Moskva is an experience not to be missed if you have a chance.
I stayed at Hotel Moskva several times .I was never disappointed . The personnel is friendly and competent , really attentive toward customer's needs . Rooms are spacious and spotless . The location is a great addition to this hotel : central and easy to reach . Many good restaurants are in the area , walking distance . The concierge is always ready to assist and they often offer great suggestions . Breakfast is great : quality and varietal . But , be sure to arrive in time : they are not very flexible with client arriving few minutes after 10.00 AM !! Definitely I will use this hotel again during my stay in Belgrade .
Old world charm, great service, friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfast, great views, very comfortable rooms. Staff was ready with every tourist and other questions that I had. Very impressed.
We were in the restaurant of the Hotel Moskva, we were greeted by two waiters with a smile on their faces. I remembered their names written on the tiles because they charmed me with their smile and service above all! Nemaja and Dejan are, I think, their names. The dinner was great and all credit to the whole team. Greetings and see you again soon.. Keep it up💪 Big thanks!
Very good and unique atmosphere. Historical location. Recommended ! Very friendly staff. Life piano from 0800 till 2000 gives that typical grandeur. Huge “carte” with all the local specialties. Distinguished people.
