Detailed Reviews
This is the second time I stayed at Adresa, and it's truly my home when I visit Belgrade. Location is excellent and the STAFF is amazing. I stayed there 2 weeks in July 2023, and I had a split stay 5+2 nights in April 2024. The second time I came, all my needs were anticipated. They saved me my favorite room, brought the extra pillows, etc. 24 hr coffee machine is really convenient, rooms are large & well appointed.

For us this is a perfect accommodation. Center is near, splavovi also. When we visit Beograd we always sleep here. They have parking for 5 euro per day, also a breakfast for 5 euro (optional). Staff is always kind and helpful, rooms are fantastic.

The rooms are very spacious, the shower and the bathroom as well. WIFI works very good. The bed is comfortable. It's a pity that no German TV channels are available on the TV. The breakfast is the weakest point of Adresa.
Don't underestimate that Adresa is situated very near to the river, with a lot of restaurants.

The location is convenient, the rooms are nicely decorated, plenty of space, and the bathrooms are large enough. The sleep was excellent, being weekend, and the mattresses are quite nice. The only thing that I consider a weak point, is the breakfast room and the products that they serve for breakfast. The fruits were not fresh enough, and a major problem that they have is the so called natural juices presented there. My daughter had a terrible allergic reaction on some orange juice she drank. Even though the lady from front desk showed me that is was bootled juice, and that there is not the fault.. Please pay attention to what you serve inside. Also this is a valuable piece of advice for management if you want to keep this nice place as a true recommendable accommodation as it really is. Otherwise the location is nice, close to highway and the Danube bank, with nice pubs around.

Dear Florin, Thank you very much for your comments ,they mean a lot to us, so we can improve our service constantly. Sorry to hear about yours daughter allergy. It is not possible for us to serve natural juices because of the price of breakfast, so we serve juices from Rauch company, which is very famous company from Austria. Our storage space is small so we have a delivery once a week, so I can assure you that juice was fresh (they have anyway 1 year shelf life) We constantly try to keep everything fresh , especially fruits, which can be sometimes difficult to keep in 35 degrees. As a manager I will take extra care of freshness of our products and variety. We hope to see you again in near future. Kind Regards Liliana- Adresa suite Manager

Hotel rooms looks more like reconstructed offices then hotel rooms! Staff are very unfriendly and without smile on the face! Breakfast is disaster! “A fresh eggs “were greasy and like rubber, coffee wasn’t warm , bread stale and receptionist advised me to sleep with windows open as room was too hot. Oh, sorry, window can not be open so I could only to keep open door! Staff definitely need customer service training as to stop staff filling there faces at breakfast in front of guests. Never come back here again!

This is NOT a hotel. It is converted offices more like a travelodge room. The breakfast is terrible with rubber eggs stale bread and cold coffee. Complained to staff who were not interested and didnt help at all. Apathy. Dont come here go elsewhere.

Dear Mr. Smith, One thing is telling the truth and another thing is opposite. We never said that we are Hotel, on Expedia.com it clearly states Adresa Suites - it is matter of preference , but with price of 52 euros including breakfast for 2 people you can not expect 5 star de luxe service. Never the less , Staff was extremely kind and helpful towards you - we have made fresh fried eggs for you and coffee was boiling hot, you could see the smoke - it is very strange you don't remember these things. We do take a pride in serving and welcoming our Guests and every one of them is very important to us , so it is true as well. Kind Regards Ljiljana Dejanovic Adresa Suites Manager

If you want to see how approximately 70-80% Balkan "managers" treat their employees, you should visit this place. The manager is constantly yelling at her employees during the breakfast. Something like this: boil eggs, bring bagels, boil water and so on. Awful atmosphere during breakfast. The breakfast itself is served in a small room where you have to boil your own water for tea (I believe there are better solutions for keeping warm water). Besides, the manager also had some negative comments because my colleagues and me are from Bosnia. She kept calling us "Those Bosnians" in a strange way. It didn't feel friendly. Apparently, Bosnians were not welcome there. FYI, dear people from Bosnia. :)

Dear Nadira, The Manager that you are talking about is Bosnian herself from Tuzla and proud to be Bosnian forever. Therefore I dont understand why your comments are not in our language, we should be proud of our language also....sorry if you misunderstand joke about bosnians...they are always friendly and dont mean anything bad...shame that young people like yourself are still full of prejudice, as we old ones forgot about troubles long time ago and carried on with our life. Training of new employees is necessary, it is better to tell them what is missing on the Buffet than that Guest dont receive food that supposed to be there. Please...lets forget past and dont feel attacked on national basis...as we are in hospitality industry...nothing to do with politics....I would like to apologize once again ! Kind Regards Ljiljana Dejanovic - Adresa Hotel Manager

This is probably best hotel in Belgrade for this price !Rooms are spacious, clear and nice.Stuff was friendly and helpful and location is good.Downtown is away less then 10 minutes with car,bus connections are also good.Nearby is big park and river, shopping mall, coffee shops and restaurants
Hotel don't have own parking but there is a parking lot at a front for 5 euros per day.
Directions to hotel are not correct, navigation and maps send you closely, but entry is from small street on the back of the building. We didn't know city so we looking for it 45 minutes, and didn't saw any sing for hotel from main street.
We also booked room with double bed,but we got room with twin beds put together, which is not big deal, but we have hole between all night cause beds was slipping all the time.Anyway next time when we come to Belgrade we will come here again.

Very nice small hotel in the quiet place in new residential part of Belgrade. But trip to the city center takes only 10 minutes by bus or taxi. Service in the hotel is excellent. Personnel are very kind and helpful. And speak English. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Clean.... modern interior. Breakfast is simple but good.
