Thank you for one of the best hotel stays of my life. Every detail was considered: The artful design of the hotel lobby and bar, the quality of food and drink, the comfort and design of the room, everything down to the smallest detail. But most special were the staff. From Nemanja, who helped me with many aspects of my stay and with whom I also had a lovely conversation about Serbia and USA, to the front desk staff, food and beverage staff, spa staff, and the expert housekeeping staff, everyone make me feel warmly welcomed and at home. I have never felt so warmly welcomed and taken care of at any hotel before. My parents will visit Belgrade in the spring and I already told them they must stay at Square Nine. I would recommend this superior hotel to anyone.

Very stylish and well organized hotel in Belgrade. From the long design to the cocktails that are world class. Kevin Spacey flow over just for a cocktail last year. Might be expensive for Belgrade standards but worth every penny. Rooms are good and big enough. Materials for bed cloth and chairs are word class. I would recommend it for everyone who wants to impress his guests or business partners. Design hotel of world class. Not hipsters place but good evergreen class. Keep going guys

This hotel was wow long time ago. It's dated and it's lost its exclusive feel. Over the short period of time this hotel has gone over 100 % increase in their prices. The airport transfer was 30 euros, then 35, then 50 and now it's 100 euros for a short drive to the airport. Yes the price of the petrol has gone up but not so much that you can charge 100 euros for 10km ride to the airport. The price of the room is also doubled but given its age that's sharing the only thing that's charged is a new TV that's still not big enough when watching it from the bed. The reception area is dark but if you sit in the lobby you'll notice how dirty the rug is. Unbelievable! Looks like it's never been washed just like the floor in my room as the dirt from my shoes was there during my entire stay. Even the breakfast used to be better, now you won't find freshly squeezed juice and the waiter, a young tall kid, who took our order was too busy checking his phone and forgot to pass the order to the kitchen so the lovely girl came to take the order again. All in all this hotel has a higher prices of accommodation that most hotels in the western European countries. I tried to provide them with the feedback thrifty their Instagram profile but instead getting a reply they simply blocked me. Belgrade does not have a world class hotels, this hotel has the potential but the greed killed out. Nothing has been invested over the years that I noticed to improve the facilities apart from the new panel TV's in the room. I would not stay at this hotel again for the above mentioned reasons. And before I forget, I stepped on a screw in my room. When I brought it to the attention of their reception staff I was told the maintenance must have dropped it before my arrival. Right!…

We only tried the restaurant where we had the full dinner experience, which was fantastic and far beyond our expectations. Stefan and his team was attentive, educational and made us feel at home while serving fantastic food and local wine of high quality. Highest recommendations to try this restaurant with a wine matching consisting of organic wines complimenting the food.

This is my favorite hotel in the world to come with my husband. The warm lighting, expertly curated mid-century furniture, antique globes, coffee table books and even the aromatic smell. Makes me want to order a dry martini upon stepping into this magical place and find James Bond. Staff are friendly and genuinely help out in any way, including concierge staff who gave us great recommendations. Beds, lines, window shades, bathroom toiletries = all top notch. It's in a perfect location, close to everything and overlooks Student Park. I mean, what more can I say? I am most in love with my husband when I am here in this hotel. Ridiculous? Maybe. :)

I have travelled the world and never have I felt more at home then I did at Square Nine. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. From the hotel, amenities, spa, restaurant to the service, people, location - everything is just perfect - and no detail is too small. I will absolutely be back one day!

My wife and I spent a fantastic 4 nights at Square Nine while visiting Belgrade for the World Athletics Championships in March. Facilities are wonderful. The bedroom was a standard one but very well appointed, wonderfully comfortable bed and the room was a good size with a separate bath and shower. The spa was absolutely superb (and very quiet) with a lovely pool, Japanese wooden jacuzzi and steam room and sauna. However, I've visited a number of places with great facilities that ended up being disappointing, with the reason being the quality of staff. You certainly can't say that about Square Nine - absolutely every single member of the team was a credit to the hotel. From the first welcome we received when checking in, the various other front office staff (concierge), through to the waiting staff in the restaurant and the team in the spa - every single person without exception was fantastic - very natural and friendly without being "over the top". Many Thanks indeed to you all for a great stay !! One small point - if you advertise the spa to open at a certain time, then maybe turn on the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi an hour before opening time, so that they are all at the right temperature when the guests arrive. We got there shortly after 9 on Sunday and all 3 were cold and had only started warming up by the time we left.…
