the room was big and the furniture seemed to be new, the courtyard invites to relax the staff was very kind, friendly and apologized for all our inconvenience, but unfortunately that couldn’t solve all the troubles we had the room is very noisy (there was live music until around 11.15 pm and it felt like they would play in our room, afterwards we could understand every single word, that was spoken in the restaurant, we could even hear the coffee machine and that they did the dishes in the kitchen) in the corridor it smells from the restaurant (smoke, cooking from the kitchen), unfortunately there is no door between the restaurant and the rooms upstairs unfortunately they don’t have a luggage room, where we could leave our luggage save (locked) there was no room service (no cleaning, no changing towels, no emptying the bin) we made our reservation with breakfast, breakfast was (really) good, but it took on both days almost an hour (!) until we could eat, the problems were: the tables weren’t prepared (at 9.45 am), they didn’t have what‘s on the menu and they realized that after order step by step (first no donuts, next no croissants, next no sausage, next no eggs) - at the end we got on both days eggs with ham and croissants (they offered to go and buy) and it was all very good and fresh (be aware, breakfast doesn’t look like in the pictures in booking.com) funnily enough the 24/7 reception is closed during the night - opening times are hard to find out as we paid (cash), they gave us not enough change, but as we insisted, they gave us the right amount and apologized for that …
