Other than that, clean, good breakfast, good location and providing the air con worked better it would of been a 5 star.
... 2019 they had not yet changed all of their 3star signs) is extremely suitably situated just a few meters from the Republic square (Belgrade center), the Knez Michailova street and the Skadarlija neighborhood.

Akşam 10:00'da lobi ve otel kapıları kapatılıyor.Bahçe kapısının anahtarını müşterilere veriyorlar. Bu şekilde gece geç dönerseniz pansiyon odasına döner gibi sessizce ve arka kapıdan girmelisiniz.Karartma perdeleri yok,talep etmeden havlular değişmiyor,banyo temizliği yapılmıyor.Ana sayfada gösterilen bahçe yan komşu ile ortak olduğu için kullanılamıyor.Gece bahçede yada lobide zaman geçirilemiyor.Odalar hobitlerin yaşayabileceği kadar küçük 1 yada 2 tane büyük odası var geri kalan tüm odaları minicik.Kahvaltı menüsünde sadece içecek ilave ederek diğer menülerle birleştirilebiliyor seçenek çok az.

2 Zimmer gebucht, nach 2 Monaten wollen die mehr Geld, rund 100 Euro für eine Übernachtung. Wollte nicht mehr bezahlen als Hotel Angebot bei buchen. Die stornieren Zimmer ohne meine Einverständnis. Nicht seriös, nicht Gastfreundlich, sehr schlecht. Man kann nicht vertrauen. Die machen Fehler oder extra falsche Angebote und erhöhen danach Preise. Wenn der Gast nicht auf mehr als doppelte Preis nicht eingeht machen die eigenwillig Storno.

I really enjoyed my stance here ❤️ The staff is really kind and the building is cool. Me and my boyfriend took a small studio in the last floor and was really nice. The decoration is cozy, everything's clean, everything's functional and very comfortable. If you stay here, you have a super locat9, close to the party area of the city, a lot of restaurants around and the beautiful center in a few of steps. I want to back here for my next travel trip to Belgrade

the room was big and the furniture seemed to be new, the courtyard invites to relax the staff was very kind, friendly and apologized for all our inconvenience, but unfortunately that couldn’t solve all the troubles we had the room is very noisy (there was live music until around 11.15 pm and it felt like they would play in our room, afterwards we could understand every single word, that was spoken in the restaurant, we could even hear the coffee machine and that they did the dishes in the kitchen) in the corridor it smells from the restaurant (smoke, cooking from the kitchen), unfortunately there is no door between the restaurant and the rooms upstairs unfortunately they don’t have a luggage room, where we could leave our luggage save (locked) there was no room service (no cleaning, no changing towels, no emptying the bin) we made our reservation with breakfast, breakfast was (really) good, but it took on both days almost an hour (!) until we could eat, the problems were: the tables weren’t prepared (at 9.45 am), they didn’t have what‘s on the menu and they realized that after order step by step (first no donuts, next no croissants, next no sausage, next no eggs) - at the end we got on both days eggs with ham and croissants (they offered to go and buy) and it was all very good and fresh (be aware, breakfast doesn’t look like in the pictures in booking.com) funnily enough the 24/7 reception is closed during the night - opening times are hard to find out as we paid (cash), they gave us not enough change, but as we insisted, they gave us the right amount and apologized for that …
