Excellent services, amazing personell, always ready to help. Quiet, warm, clean, very well placed if you attend fairs. It is situated very close to supermarkets, good restaurants, a huge mall, public transportation. Very delicious breakfast.

Hotel is in the residential area of Banovo brdo with excellent public transportation and connection to other parts of the city. If you’re coming from the airport you can catch bus 72 to Novi Beograd Opstina, cross the street and hop on bus 88 to Dom Zdravlja Banovo brdo. Hotel is across the street in the shopping mall, entrance by Pancho pizza. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. We bought a 5 day pass “Beogradska kartica” for 1040 RSD (about 9 EUR) which you need to validate only the 1st time you enter the bus/ tram. Our room was on the top floor and we stayed here for 5 nights. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was very squeaky but the mattress was comfortable, we slept like babies. I liked that windows could be opened, our room was overlooking Pozeska street and you could hear the tram noise but it didn’t bother us. Good wifi, no issues. TV is small and set up is strange, you have to find HDMI2, channels were not readily available with point and click. The only thing that bothered me was musty, sewer like smell coming from the shower and lingering in the room.. I mentioned that to the receptionist but he was shocked to hear that and said that cleaning staff will come up and look into it. They made a foil drain cover and strangely, that did help a bit. Breakfast was excellent and abundant but coffee could have been stronger. Hotel provides complimentary tea and packets of Nescafe in the room as well as an electric kettle. Every member of the staff was polite and friendly and would greet us on the way in or out, we really felt welcome. We would definitely stay here again, we enjoyed our stay.…

A wonderful experience! Frendly and helpful staff tried very hard to find us parking space. They also helped us to navigate in Belgrade. The room with the huge terrace was very beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. I would recommend this pleasant experience of staying at this hotel to everyone!😊

Great little place, very clean, with good location and friendly staff. I really liked the balcony, it’s the best place to drink coffee in the morning. Connection with the city center is also good, because there are various of transportation at the main street in front of the hotel. I will certainly recommend this place to my friends!!!

I was surching for a hotel which should be nice And clean and should not dig my pocket. When I was going through reviews of this hotel I found People were more or less satisfied. When I checked in it exceeded my expectations The cleanliness, the location, staff behaviour. Only downside is the breakfast. Stayed at this hotel for 15 days and the room was maintained well and mine came with balcony. It checked all the needs and the hotel staff is friendly, reachable and ready to help - reception, dining, housekeeping. Ana, at the reception, is very courteous and friendly with ready to support attitude, helped even with places to see in the city, especially if you are tourist. The overall stay was pleasant and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for one week. We find excellent its location, It was very convenied to visit from there a lot of places at Belgrade. The breakfast was very good and the staff great, going out of their way to help you with everything you need.

The staff is friendly and always available. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The location is great and you can quickly get to other parts of the city. The only complaint is the small number of parking spaces.

I stayed in the property for only one night, and I had a lovely experience. The highlight of it is very, very pleasant and nice staff, going out of their way to help you with everything you need. Kudos to them! Very comfortable room, all my requests were respected, balcony was quiet and overlooking some nice nature. Would love to stay again!
