We have stayed here twice a year for the last five years en-route to and from UK decided to stay 3 nights this time and explore! Booked a deluxe room for extra comfort. Even had an email from them after booking to say they would look after us with a high floor room and non smoking room. We were looking forward to this. Arrived to find a high floor smoking room that smelled awful we felt sick so requested a move! We were then put in an annex room certainly not deluxe struggles to be basic what a massive disappointment this is! Certainly won’t waste our money here again poor service and rooms leave a lot to be desired.

I am a UK Travel Agent currently staying at the Majestic Hotel, my first stay at this hoel and it definitely won't be my last. I have been to Belgrade many times and stayed at a variety of hotels, some good, some not so good. The Majestic is in the most perfect location, right in the heart of the centre of the city, in the pedestrian zone. The hotel has an art deco charm about it, spotlessly clean, the staff have been very professional and friendly at all times during my stay. My room is lovely, it's quite big and has a balcony, it's not one of the greatest views but I like having that bit of outside space. The restaurant and bar areas are very nice, breakfast is good standard, so far the food has been excellent. This hotel has not disappointed me in any way, I will be a repeat customer. A great place to stay, in a great city.

I stayed in this hotel several time in past, mostly due to it excellent location in the very center of the old city. This time it looked less shaby than before - the corridors got some fresh color and decorations but the general impression is still about average. I stayed in room No. 21 and to reach it it was necessary to pass two flight of stairs (if you have heavy luggage ask for a help). The door lock was electronic and didn't open (you have to go back through all the corridors and stairs and ask for assistance - I didn't dare to leave the luggage in front of the room unattended, so quite annoying situation) - the door opening solution was to learn special maneuver with the card key to open the doors. The room was OK and the bathroom quite spacy and clean. Breakfas was good and the staff was nice.

Old building but recently renovated. Very comfortable rooms and beds. A large dining area. Perfect breakfast. Only 50 meters from the public parking. It was very cosy and warm in the rooms . It is situated in the walking area of the city next to stores and supermarkets.

The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of pedestrian shopping area with a lot of possibilities to have a drink or eat while sightseeing. Especially in December with all the New Year’s decoration this is top location as you are in the middle of it. And at the same time there is no noise inside. Rooms are specious and clean, but they are modestly equipped, breakfast good, but with a limited choice, the staff kind enough. All in all it was more than worth the money and good choice for one night in Belgrade in December.
