The hotel is right in the historic center of the city. Our room was big enough, and had modern furniture and facilities. The underground private parking was very appreciated. Staff was friendly and always available. Breakfast was very good and diverse, with some exotic food available. You can visit all major objectives in the city center in less than 20 minutes of walking. · No complaints, we had everything we needed, and will probably go back, as only a few hours is not enough to visit a capital city.

However, my kindle was stolen from the car by one of the garage guys (who had the key). We were warned, even by the reception staff. Still, I don’t stay at a hotel wishing to worry about my possessions being pinched.

I stayed two nights from Aug 5-7 Aug, The hotel was nice., the personnel as well. But the parking was a catastrophe. It took me ome and half an our to get my car from the parking because a stupid guest had blocked my car with his car (and other cars and MCs) and not given the car keys to the personnel. Please re-organize the parking and give strickt orders to hotel guests not giving the car key to the personnel, that they have to park there car not blocking other cars. Due to this my trip was delayed 1 and 1/2 hours and I arrived late to Bratislava.

Dear Guest, Thank You for taking the time to share Your impressions of LifeDESIGN Hotel. We are very glad to hear that You liked Your stay with us and that our professional staff was to Your liking as well. We are very sorry about the issues You had in our garage. We offer free parking for all of our guests, and it is crowded in our garage, that is the reason we have staff onsite to assist with re-parking. In this instance the guest refused to leave the keys and that has unfortunately caused You inconvenience. We hope we will have an opportunity to host You again in the near future. Have a great day, LifeDESIGN Team

First good stuff - good location within walking distance to Knez Mihajlova street. Secured garage. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of healthy and less healthy stuff. Now off to bad ones - slide door between bedroom and bathroom made awful noise every time when closing. Garage with very narrow entrance. TV never worked, we asked for help at the reception, the "TV guy" came, fixed it (it worked for a few minutes) and left our room obviously pissed off - sorry you had to do your job. Staff - depends on who works at the reception, usually there will be no eye contact and beside daily greetings don't expect anything above. Advice - bring your own hair dryer, the one in the room was automatic one with hose that turns hot after few minutes. You don't want burns on your hand.
