Detailed Reviews
There is a really small pool and the pool is not free of charge. Rooms are very clean. Bathroom amenities are very quality I love it. Also breakfast is very rich, if I’d go to Belgrade I would choose the same hotel again. City center is walking distance.

The hotel is at a good location and quite modern. The rooms were nice, however the triple room used a rock-hard sofa as the third bed. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pretty good restaurant. The spa was okay and in acceptable condition. Unfortunately, the customer service was quite poor. The check-in and check-out took forever. We didn't have time to check the bill, as our transfer was waiting. When we did so later on, we noticed that we were charged for 2h of spa usage, while we only used 1h. The hotel refused to refund us the charges, because they said we reserved for 2 hours. As a matter of fact, we got kicked out from the spa after 1h by the cleaning personnel, who told us they had to prepare the spa for the next guests.

This must be your go to hotel for a perfect holiday stay in the heart of Belgrade. The atmosphere of the hotel was exceptional and the staff were thorough professional and accommodating. Though we arrived at noon during the day but were made to wait till 2pm as our room was not made up. The triple room I booked was rather small in size but was stocked with all the basic amenities. The hotel offers great spa & pool services. Big thumbs up to the staff who were thorough professional and accommodating during our stay. Thank you :)

First time visit to Belgrade, didn't know too much about it. A great place to visit for long weekend. Great architecture, resturants, bars and coffe shops. Really recommend the area of Skadarlja with its cobbled streets and traditional Serbian resturants. We stayed at the Amsterdam hotel, the roof top restuarant was great, staff amazing, entertainment superb and food was really good. Window recommended if you are a non smoker as smoking is still permitted in bars and restuarants. Awaiter called Nemanja Babic was brilliant, very helpful and even got us a load of local cheese to try!!

Stayed at this hotel multiple times. Great hotel lovely food and rooms but my last experience was horrific .I booked directly with the front desk with emails to prove a few months in advance and when I arrive with my wife they had no room for me. If you book this hotel make sure to call in advance by telephone to confirm the room is still available

Very nice hotel, clean, well priced, located near the center, the personel polite and helpful. The breakfast is good and dinner at the hotel is advisable.
Good professionals -the owners - and honest people.
What striked us with surprise is that although we had to cancel TWICE the booking of one of the two rooms we had booked AND prepaid, the hotel not only did they not make any trouble, they made new arrangments without complaint, they charged nothing for the cancellation and consulted us what to do with booking.com in order to get our money back!!!

Disgusting. Disgusting location. At the entrance to the hotel living a lot of homeless people. Generaly hotel situated at the bus station. The service is terrible. There was no toothbrushes in the room, I called to the reception - they told me to come down by myself and get it there. As they said the spa is only for 5 person and I have to book it first. OK, I booked it. When I came there were 7 person inside, so I didn’t get a sunbed. When I told it at the reception they told me that I had to deal with it by myself. That it's my problem. Also SPA smelles like poop. But they said that I still have to pay for that spa and they dont care that I didnt get normal service. The room was dirty. Oh yes, it was my thirtieth birthday and in all the time I was here no one congratulated me

Everything was perfect, starting from the service level, to accommodations, which were amazing, both classy and most comfortable at the same time. The Spa is fantastic, all that you need to recharge batteries, the pool, Turkish bath, sauna, just amazing.
The restaurant at 7th floor is top of the class, fantastic view, surroundings, style and design, with really really fantastic food! I ate one of the best steaks I ever had there.
I recommend this place to everyone!!

Be very aware of the fact that the hotel doesn't actually look like what you see in the photos.
It was one of the worst stays ever booked. The hotel is in a very noisy area, and on top of that they had a wedding while we were there. They only told us on the wedding day through a piece of paper left by the maids in the room. When I complained about that and asked for help from booking.com, the hotel manager(Bojana?) actually tried to charge me for an extra night because apparently I was talking to her after the check out time. What a nerve!!!
There were damaged things in the room like the water faucet or the bathroom door about which I informed booking.com.

Couldn't sleep until early morning from the noise of the hotel restaurant, and we were not notified on arrival of the fact that there will be such loud music, otherwise we would most definitely not choose this hotel if we knew that. My husband and I came here to rest and sleep.
Reception not helpful regarding the matter. Also it took 2 receptionist per person for a check in the previous day and a long line was created for no apparent reason.
