We stayed as a family of 4,and although we had a smaller room for the 1st night, the 2nd room. Was really nice, but the reception staff were not helpful at all,but they were just like in general the Serbian people we mostly encountered ,lacked any manners or decency, and no hot water until much later at night wasn’t ideal.there’s also a dog nearby which sings Serbian Karaoke most of the night.but not the hotels fault. The hotel rooms are clean and cozy.

we were a group of four who stayed at this hotel last week for five nights. the one bedroom apartment if spacious and clean. it has a balcony as well. off note, the breakfast is served in your apartment, not buffet style. you choose of a menu every night and it is delivered to you in the morning. you do have an electric stove and utensils to cook for yourself if you want. also there are cafes and supermarkets 3 minutes away. and the air conditioning is in the hall, not the bedroom. special mention to Marko at the reception for being very helpful and informative. A lovely person who works very hard at making sure guests are comfortable. He helped us with making reservations, giving us information on places and booking taxis for us. He also suggested a driver to us (Brancho) for our trip to Novi Sad who turned into the best guide/friend we could have found.

Everything is perfect. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff is excellent, friendly and available for 24 hours. Breakfast is tricky, real homemade, I do not remember when I had a good breakfast. The location is great, in the heart of the Vracar, all at your fingertips. My warmest recommendation for Prime Hotel.

I work in a travel agency, and we had a group accomodated in hotel Prime last weekend. The reception desk guy was rough and was trying to humiliate me. The way they work with goups is terrible. There was no parking plase for a bus. Firs they offer to call us a taxi, to show the bus driver a parking place and to drive him back to the hotel, they said that they will pay for this taxi, but they didn`t. The receptionist was pretending he is calling some of "the managers", and than was keep telling me that he can not do anything else. I even suppouse to pay for the driver`s dinner meal, eventhough we told them a day before he will not come for dinner. They said that we have order it so we have to pay for it. It was no about the money itself, but the way they were acting. It comes to principles and the way of work. Never accommodate your groups in Hotel Prime, Belgrade.

They are ask you to pay for stuff that we didn't took from the minibar. They don't behave in polite way and they catch you in the ball just before the flight. Its small money but still.... That all. I think its not a good way to close the vacation. They need to believe their customers.
