we were a group of four who stayed at this hotel last week for five nights. the one bedroom apartment if spacious and clean. it has a balcony as well. off note, the breakfast is served in your apartment, not buffet style. you choose of a menu every night and it is delivered to you in the morning. you do have an electric stove and utensils to cook for yourself if you want. also there are cafes and supermarkets 3 minutes away. and the air conditioning is in the hall, not the bedroom. special mention to Marko at the reception for being very helpful and informative. A lovely person who works very hard at making sure guests are comfortable. He helped us with making reservations, giving us information on places and booking taxis for us. He also suggested a driver to us (Brancho) for our trip to Novi Sad who turned into the best guide/friend we could have found.

It could be nice hotel, bu ... I still can't believe that an almost new hotel can be so shabby, the sofas are dirty, the upholstered furniture looks really neglected. And worst of all: BED BUGS. A week after our return, my friend has been struggling with dozens of pimples and boils all over her body. No doubt, some beds have bed bugs and you have to be lucky not to get attacked. There were none in my room, but unfortunately my friend is suffering a lot. Don't take any chances and appeal to the hotel management: fix this problem, otherwise you will be badly written.

We stayed for one night on the half of a long trip. Apartment type room is very nice with double room. There is a small kitchen in the room, you can stay for a long trip too. Location is good, it is 30 min to old town by foot. If you want you can add the breakfast. Very clean and have friendly staff.

This obviously brand new hotel is delivering over promise ! The hotel stuff makes you feel exceptional. (Ive been travelling Eastern Europe and the MIddle East for business the last 25 years and Ive learned, that the stuff Ive met in Belgrade hotels cares. I mean, cares for real.)The design of the hotel (both interior and exterior) is modern. The beds are just a travellers dream ! There is no gym in the hotel, there is no pool in the hotel, there is no 24/7 lobby bar, the parking is limited...but there is no need for none of this, considering the location of the hotel, walking distance away from vibrant bars and restaurants, perfectly equiped gyms and a large guarded garage. If you are a traveller, a couple looking for a romantic weekend, or a family discovering a vibrant eastern european city, you will appreciate this hotel. If you travel for business, you will save your shareholders some budget too.

We stayed as a family of 4,and although we had a smaller room for the 1st night, the 2nd room. Was really nice, but the reception staff were not helpful at all,but they were just like in general the Serbian people we mostly encountered ,lacked any manners or decency, and no hot water until much later at night wasn’t ideal.there’s also a dog nearby which sings Serbian Karaoke most of the night.but not the hotels fault. The hotel rooms are clean and cozy.
