In preparation for my trip to Belgrade, I reviewed several luxury hotels. This one has excellent reviews. Hilton in the US is not good quality; Hilton in Belgrade is excellence! The most impressive aspect of this hotel is the staff. People are very professional, proactive, energetic, willing to help! The front desk, the concierge, and the bellman are excellent! For instance, I was at the House of Flowers and asked them to help me getting a taxi to go back to the hotel. the Taxi arrived two minutes after calling the front desk. The front desk called when the taxi was arriving to let me know on the details. Cooks, waiters and waitresses at the restaurants are really well trained. It seems they love their job! The restaurants are excellent. Breakfast is of very good quality! I was in the executive floor. Rooms were quiet. Bathroom was very good. Amenities were of excellent quality. Upon arrival, there was a tray with my name and some delicious cookies that I have never tasted in any other part of the world. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel has very good covered parking. Location is very good. It is 5 minutes from Saint Sava; 15 minutes from the National Museum and 25 minutes from the Kalemegdan fortress. To me, the hotel is not expensive. The price is correct!

It's been almost a week since we checked in at the hotel, and our experience here has been delightful in every way imaginable. Location: The location is hard to beat. From tourists attractions like the temple of St. Sava to dog parks to money exchange to McDonald's ( I know it sounds crazy, but McCafe here in Belgrade, unlike the U.S. serves decent food) to a walk to the famous shopping street, everything is very close and serves business and leisure travelers alike. From the terrace of the rooftop bar of the hotel, you can see the Sava river to your right and the St. Sava church to your left. The rooftop bar has outdoor seating, so you can enjoy your drink in a smoke free environment while enjoying the Belgrade skyline. Building: The building embraces modern aesthetics and has a great sense of space owing to the high ceilings. It also has a good sense of flow and doesn't feel boxy or stuffy or pompously out of proportion, just the right ratios in space to make you feel comfortable and cared for at the same time. Staff: One of the best part! Most friendly staff everywhere. They don't forget your name and room number, and most importantly, they don't forget to smile. We are very pleased with their eagerness to make our experience better. Everyone is very pet friendly, and our dog is taking full advantage of it! Pet friendly: The friendliness toward pets extend beyond their attitude toward the dogs and is reflected on room amenities. Very cute dog bowls and mat! The room service is very patient with the pets as well. Food: The breakfast buffet is top notch. I judge a restaurant kitchen by their eggs and croissants, and the Two King's restaurant which hosts the breakfast does a steller job. Great spread and great hospitality. Their dinner menu is also good and reasonably priced. I really liked their Green Risotto, which they make with pureed green peas, cow cheese, and perfected grilled jumbo asparagus. Club Lounge Services: Signing up for the Club Lounge proved to be a good idea since we are staying for a long term ( gets you a substantial discount). We haven't experienced the fully operational service of the club yet since this is the Holiday season, but yet the evening cocktail and light dinner service serves as well. Gym and Spa: The gym is small but well equipped and well maintained. The jacuzzi, sauna, steam are in great shape. I did not try their spa services, but the product packaging is attractive. Overall, our stay has been perfect in every way imaginable and I will be more than happy to come and stay here in future.

Modern and fresh. Everything thought when it was planned Very confortable bed There are perfect smells at the lifts and floors! I want to buy same smell to my home ! Sky bar is nice as well. Good design, crowded, good vine, good ambiance, good servers Finally I would like to thank all of staffs, at the front desk staff who recommended us to go to the touristic places, but of course especially Per :)
