In preparation for my trip to Belgrade, I reviewed several luxury hotels. This one has excellent reviews. Hilton in the US is not good quality; Hilton in Belgrade is excellence!
The most impressive aspect of this hotel is the staff. People are very professional, proactive, energetic, willing to help! The front desk, the concierge, and the bellman are excellent! For instance, I was at the House of Flowers and asked them to help me getting a taxi to go back to the hotel. the Taxi arrived two minutes after calling the front desk. The front desk called when the taxi was arriving to let me know on the details.
Cooks, waiters and waitresses at the restaurants are really well trained. It seems they love their job! The restaurants are excellent. Breakfast is of very good quality! I was in the executive floor. Rooms were quiet. Bathroom was very good. Amenities were of excellent quality. Upon arrival, there was a tray with my name and some delicious cookies that I have never tasted in any other part of the world.
Bed was very comfortable.
The hotel has very good covered parking.
Location is very good. It is 5 minutes from Saint Sava; 15 minutes from the National Museum and 25 minutes from the Kalemegdan fortress.
To me, the hotel is not expensive. The price is correct!

Set slightly outside the centre of Belgrade, but easy enough to walk to (or a short taxi ride), the hotel is excellent and offers enough that you don't really need to leave once you have arrived.
The staff are all charming, polite and professional.
The Executive Lounge is small but well managed and the selection of food, especially in the evening, is excellent and was substantial enough for us to mean we didn't need to dine anywhere else.
We liked the Sky Lounge a lot, but it was popular and smoking was allowed inside (as is standard everywhere in Serbia), which is difficult for non smokers to adjust to.
We liked our Executive room on the 7th floor very much, as it was a very decent size and kept out most noise, even though we close to the lifts. We especially liked the clearly labelled lighting system, which meant you knew which switch did what! I would mention just four small things about the room that frustrated us (but none of them would stop us visiting again). The curtains in the room are very good, but not 100% blackout, so if you like sleeping in but are a light sleeper, that doesn't help (and nor does the fact that opposite the front of the hotel is a large construction site that starts making noise around 7.30am during the week - not the hotel's fault). Then the bathroom, which looks good at first glance, could be slightly better designed as the toilet doesn't have enough space around it and the shower door opens in-front of the toilet making that area wet (after your shower). This is also one Hilton that has not yet converted to the on-wall toiletries, so you still have to deal with small fiddly bottles (with contents that aren't too good either). Small niggles I know, which may not worry anyone else.
Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and several items that can be cooked to order. You will not leave hungry. All of the breakfast team were brilliant.
The hotel is also handily positioned opposite the start/finish point of the A1 airport shuttle service. At 400 Dinars per person each way, it is an affordable and 'authentic' experience. There is also a 24 hour Maxi supermarket a few minutes away, which is handy for snacks or items you may have forgotten.
Despite our niggles, we loved this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.

This was our first stay at Hilton Belgrade and we are so happy that we decided to check this hotel. Our stay started very nicely when the front desk agent Marko managed to find available executive room for us in spite of checkin very early in the morning. Getting a room after long exhausting flight is simply the best thing that can happen. Even though as Diamond members we know very well which benefits we are entitled to, it is very positive to hear when they offer you all those benefits and even more. It was not a problem to get late checkout even though the hotel was almost sold-out and they did not restrict for how long you are allowed to use executive lounge after the check-out. This was greatly appreciated as we had a very late flight, and being able to spend few hours in the lounge was very nice. The lounge itself is one of the best Hilton lounges that we visited in Europe. They serve there breakfast, there is a tee time service in the early afternoon and also late afternoon service. What we liked the most in the lounge was service, tables were cleaned regularly, food replenished, and answers given to all questions regarding food ingredients. Thank you Anastasija for making our time spent in the executive lounge very memorable, we really enjoyed it. Due to a very convenient location close to so many sights, we recommend Hilton Belgrade not only to business travelers but also to visitors who want to explore the city. We will definitely come back.

I had a good stay at the Hilton Belgrade. The rooms were clean and comfortable which made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is great, right in the city center, which was very convenient for sightseeing.
The check-in process was fast and easy, and the staff were friendly. The airport transfer was smooth. I also enjoyed eating at the hotel. Both the restaurant and room service had tasty food, which I appreciated. The rooftop has great views and sunset.
Just a couple of things to improve. One problem was with the concierge service arranging a taxi for me that didn't show up especially when it was clear I was in a rush and there was a delay to book it. In the end, I found a taxi station just a short walk from the hotel, which was easier.
Also, the shower door in my room (room 641) needs some attention. The hinges made loud clicking noises that sounded like they might break. It's a small thing, but it was a bit annoying and sounded dangerous.
Despite these minor issues, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the Hilton Belgrade to other travelers.

This is a very nice hotel in Belgrade. You can look at a map, but you may not appreciate how easy it is to walk from it to many other sites in Belgrade. The staff are very professional and polite and generally very accessible. The concierge staff (Novak is a name that stands out) were very helpful. My room was spacious; the internet worked well; supplies were good. Housekeeping generally was very good, though not always consistent (kudos to the hotel for making a gesture when there was very late housekeeping one day). My biggest disappointment was the executive lounge (no issues in terms of food or professionalism or entrepreneurialism), but it was understaffed and was not always ready in the evenings or mornings when it should have been. Hotel has a decent gym. Wish the hotel would ban smoking in the Sky Lounge and the downstairs restaurant, but that would not sit well with the locals. Would definitely consider this hotel when I go back.

I was more or less satisfied of weekend trip to Belgrade with my wife in this hotel. The hotel was good, especially for business purposes. Never the less faced with a few issues: 1. The maximum affordable room temperature could be only 24 - that was a bit cool for my wife. 2. Service in Two Kings restaurant was unsatisfactory. We came 20 min before it closed, the coffee mashine was already cleaned and switched off. 10 min before it closed the waiter switched off the candle and took it away telling nothing. So there are a few things to be upgraded
