The service at the hotel is of the highest standard. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed and we received fresh fruit in the room. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh preparation of eggs (poached, omlet etc). The staff is very friendly. And the hotel is situated in a side street in the middle of the centre. It is nice and quiet during the night.

It is the best hotel in Belgrad. Staff is so kindly and helpful. Everytime smiling faces. Location of hotel is perfect. The family suit is so good to accommodate with kids. Breakfast is very nice. Only negative point is that elevator stops between floors and you need to handle trolley of baby.

Townhouse 27 is in a perfect location and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. We had a junior suite and it was airy and fresh and lovely. The best of all was the staff. They were so welcoming and so helpful, they gave us the best impression of Belgrade! Breakfast was an amazing buffet with many local delicious specialties. We highly highly highly recommend this hotel. We have travel to over 100 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is one of our favorites!

The Townhouse27 Hotel is an excellent, small hotel in the heart of town. The staff is very friendly, the service (including the transport from and to Nikola Tesla airport) is excellent, the rooms are spacious, with a smart layout and high ceilings (we were in two Family suites during our two separate stays). The rooms are furnished in a modern and contemporary but tasteful way and the - again spacious - bathrooms do not smell of humidity (as opposed to so many other hotels and Airbnb apartments in Belgrade and in the balkans). The breakfast buffet offers a selection of international (croissants, toast etc.), and local dishes (pita, drinking yoghurt), fruit and cereals, while fried eggs, scrambled eggs and various other dishes can be ordered à la carte. The hotel is only 2-3 walking minutes away from the Knez Mihailova street pedestrian zone, with the Kalemegdan Fortress and its park and the zoo. Various shops, cafes, the traditional Prolece Restaurant and a park with a playground for small kids are right across the street (if you use the side exit through the cafe). The Hotel is ideal if you want to go about your daily business in Belgrade on foot and yet get a good nights sleep as the rooms are quiet. And if you need to go further, you can catch a cab anytime around the corner or have the staff get you a cab or use public transport instead. The location is superb. Very clean and luxurious. It has a balcony! Stuff is really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast has variety and seasonal fruit. Parking is nearby. I would deffinitely recommend and come back.

The hotel is very good; the location is very central; also close to the coast. They have very good breakfast buffet with a very quality of varieties. We were 3 people and stayed at a room with a balcony which was very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Dishonest people- avoid this place at all costs, especially Boris. This is the worst customer service I have experienced ever in Serbia, and I am there once a month. It's a little oasis of old socialism in a city that has mostly left that past far behind.

Dear Mr. Sievers, It is quite unfortunate that you haven't been happy with your stay in Belgrade, but you have never stayed in our hotel or contacted us. We are certain that all your dissatisfaction and consequently bad review is a mistake with a booking you made. It is very possible that you stayed elsewhere as our hotel has nothing from old socialism. On the contrary, design is modern and artistic with different spirit. You indeed had a reservation made for March 14th via Expedia, but never showed up or contacted us to change your reservation, which we are sorry as I am sure that you would be more than happy with our service, staff and facility.
