I've been to a number of small luxury hotels all over the world, but the Saint Ten really has something special. My partner and I have been discussing it since we checked out and still can't quite put our finger on it. It may be the room itself, exceptionally comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and digitally integrated, not to mention the brilliant shower and choice of brilliantly scented shampoo/body wash. It could also be the staff: incredibly friendly and seems to know what we want before we even ask, and are able to accommodate every request. Even the bartender will strike you as someone out of a Woody Allen film with her personality and her cocktail skills. The location is really quite exceptional if you're visiting Belgrade and hoping to soak up local flavor too. On that note, I think the favourite part of our stay was actually the food. Breakfast was really a pleasurable experience on its own. with everything prepared to perfection. Of all the meals we had in Serbia, these were easily our favourite. I recommend the Japanese Omlette or the Belgian Breakfast. Hvala!

We want to say words of gratitude to the whole crew of Saint Ten hotel for their professionalism and determination on every detail to make our staying super comfortable and enjoyable. Hotel is clean and beautiful. Located in the city center - location make it walkable to every sightseeing every tourist want to visit. Food is delicious. Sometimes we just wanted to stay in and to eat in the hotel. We went to do vaccination to Belgrade and team of the hotel make it easy for us! Totally recommend it to everybody who is visiting Belgrade for any business aim.

Saint Ten Hotel is one of the best if not the best luxurious boutique hotel Belgrade has to offer. It is in a great location between Slavija square and St. Sava Temple, it is intimate and clean, beautifully decorated and, most importantly, with kind and polite staff who makes you feel like you are a regular VIP guest even if it is your first time staying. My big and special thanks goes to Luka from Guest Relations and Manager Uros, who helped me make a fairytale come true as I proposed to my future wife here (and had a first date, too :-)). They have arranged everything as I wished, and my fiancée was very pleasantly surprised.

I stayed for 8 nights in this incredible hotel, during this difficult year of 2020, in november. No problem at all: the super attentive and incredibly welcoming staff helped me with everything!
I must emphatize that I was very anxious that my luggage had not arrived at the airport. The hotel staff was decisive in supporting this situation. Finally, the luggage arrived within 48h and everything went well!
I stayed in a Junior Suite with balcony, on the top floor, with a privileged view reaching the church of São Sava! Highlight for the bathroom, with an excellent shower! The mini bar is included, with lots of water, soda, and even peanuts. There is also a convenient espresso and tea maker!
The breakfast is complete, offering everything you can expect from a 5-star hotel, highlighting Serbian specialties and products with excellent quality, like cheeses, eggs, bacon and sausages! The service during breakfast is also perfect, with emphasis on the always attentive "Mr. Ivan Ilic", without forgetting his other colleagues, whose names I unfortunately didn't get ... The ambience is gorgeous!
The hotel is strategically located a few meters from the beautiful church of Saint Sava, in an absolutely quiet and safe street of the Vracar neighborhood , from where you can reach the main attractions of the city in a pleasent few minutes walk. There are many dining options in the vicinity!
Honestly, don't waste time looking for better hotels than this one in Belgrade. You will hardly find a better one and at a very interesting price!
My thanks to Mrs. Ana Aleksic (responsible for my reservation), Mr. Nemanja and his colleagues at the front desk (whose names I unfortunately didn't get...), who helped me with everything regarding the problem I had with the arrival of luggage at the airport. Thanks also to Mr. Boris and Mrs. Jelena for the perfect check-out, with extra time for departure.
Finally, many thanks to all the team (whose names of many I unfortunately did not take...) for this excellent experience in the middle of a pandemic, in November 2020!

Saint Ten is an exceptionally rare boutique hotel experience and one of my absolutely favorite hotels to stay at! My context is from having traveled extensively since 1999 and stayed nearly 3,000 roomnights globally at some of the world finest hotels. There are 3 things that make Saint Ten special for me – 1) the authentic nature of every staff member I encountered to provide great service, 2) a personal touch added to the staff’s professional and 3) the rooms are well above average in terms of cleanliness, comfort and design. This was my 2nd stay at Saint Ten (I failed to provide a review the first time) and in terms of the staff - every department shined. Every employee demonstrated a friendly demeanor, prompt service and were genuine in every way. Let me share some examples. At some the most expensive and fancy hotels in the world, if I send laundry out, it’s hit/miss that it’s returned by the promised time – but at Saint Ten it was returned 3-5 hours before the promised time every day! In the lounge/bar area as well as reception, I was always greeted with a smile and interactions were genuinely friendly, personal and efficient. Moreover, coordinating transportation, dinner reservations, last-minute meeting room rentals, etc., etc. were always executed flawlessly and made life easy. I can’t stress enough every employee I engaged was exceptional! While I’m not sure if I met any managers, this rarely happens without great leadership, a disciplined and careful hiring process as well as exceptional training and management – so I’m assuming these folk are a part of this great team.

Excellent hotel, the most friendly staff I’ve experienced from all my travels to various hotels worldwide. We had all the assistance we needed from phone SIM cards to COVID tests to out of city excursions and specially curated meals. Full marks! Staff were a solid 10/10! Could not fault them as they were the only thing going for the place. As for the location, food, facilities, rooms and even the lift I was left disappointed after having high expectations of a awarded “small luxury hotels of the world.” Before our visit we also tried emailing and Instagramming the hotel as it was my birthday and wanted something special done but we received no response.

It is difficult to overstate how wonderful it was to stay in this place. This was the best international experience I have had in years. After travelling and being in transit for 60+ hours due to the pandemic , life took me to serbia . Hotel was booked without any prior reference . We were pleasantly surprised . The room was fabulous with a huge and extremely comfortable bed. Free minibar😍 Beautiful modern bathroom with Hermès toiletries . We would like to applaud the impeccable hospitality and service provided by the staff, which very much contributed to the pleasant atmosphere of our 13 days long stay.it is clear that there is meticulous care and dedication to excellence in service that is the hallmark of Saint ten experience. All the staffs were amazing but particularly, Ivanna, Melissa,Tamara , Peter , Ivan, Luca and few more friendly faces that made us feel at home.Anything we needed they brought to us . They were efficient, attentive , kind and not intrusive . All the restaurant the staffs recommended were just too good . Ask for the bicycles and explore Belgrade . We are definitely coming back to stay here .
PA: Extra precautionary measures are being taken due to covid 19 which was reassuring to see .they also provided masks and hand sanitizers too

Having just spent a full week at Saint Ten Belgrade with five days training of a very diverse, multinational group of participants, we would like to thank you and your entire team once more for offering an extremely high standard of service and attention to detail.
Lots of small things added up to the best imaginable hotel stay; the professional handling of all contractual matters, the efforts made to organize transportations/city tours/PCR tests, etc., the convenient location of the hotel in a quiet street but close to the city centre, the beautiful design of public areas as well as hotel rooms, the gorgeous food served at all times of the day, but most of all it was the hotel’s staff members that impressed us thoroughly. They all take great pride in working for Saint Ten, are proactively thinking ahead, suggesting alternatives that might suit better, tirelessly supporting you in everything you do and never making you feel as if you are asking for too much. Congratulations on such a beautiful team!
