We selected this hotel because it was close to the the road and arrived late. The first room we got was large and clean but it was loud within the hotel not from outside. We went downstairs and asked for another room and they provided. The breakfast was adequate.

We spent our first night in a room that wasn't well cleaned, smelled horrible both in the bathroom and in the bedroom (2 distinctive horrible smells). It was extremely warm and there was no window at all. The curtains were too short and stopped halfway the window, it was also on the busy side of the hotel (busy road right down the hotel). The beds are pretty hard, the pillows were good. You can enjoy yourself at any time of the day since the TV offers you free porn 24/7. Cartoons are also to see a few channels after. BUT We asked to change room (mostly cause we were cooking inside there, since there was no window to open) , which was done. No bad smell anymore, two windows to open, good curtains, quiet side of the hotel, well isolated. Beds were however not better. 1 cockroach. Staff was nice and helpful, service 24/7. They call taxis for you and arranged breakfast for us the day of our departure. Breakfast was alright but not exceptional. Started pretty bad, but the change of room was a big turnout.

I rate it a two star. Many of the ceiling fixtures were open in the hallways. In my room there was an exposed wire to an outlet, An two old heating hot water pipe that were cut off 8 inches above the floor next to the bed in the room. They should have been covered with a wood box or framed in, so you could not hurt yourself. I was in room 106, a corner room, which got a lot of freeway noise. I had to use ear plug to sleep. Here is one bit of god news, They did seem to to have two people always working the lobby, But insisted that I pay right away when I checked in, even though they had had my card numbers for many weeks. The cooling and heating did work well in the room. I had a view of Stark arena across the freeway. There were three good restaurants at the end of the block. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The espresso was a squeeze tube machine type. I could barely finish, while in other hotels I would typically have three. The chafing trays were set to low of temperature, so the eggs and veggies were not warm. I paid quite bit for this place, equivalent of other 4 stars, I think most of the rooms in Belgrade must have been sold out. I paid twice as much as it was worth.

Whenever i visit Belgrade i stay here. Rooms very clean, spacious, rich breakfast. But the main reason is the staff that work there, they are professionals at their work, very friendly, polite, helpful and they just make me feel at home here. Recommend this place to everyone. Thank you guys for everything, see you again 😀
