about the stay we had at the hotel it was a worse experience we could have had to start the first thing That when we arrived at the room we found the room refrigerator to be empty when we asked the receptionist to have water in our room was that there is no room service, there was not even a bottle of water in the room or a coffee maker for a tea or a coffee the four star hotel is unjustified for such a miserable breakfast, on saturday morning i saw that there was a piece of bread in the bread which was there the previous two days the same piece Also the fruit that was on the buffet was not fresh at all, the corn in the fridge has been black for a long time, some of the food I was almost wrong and was not able to consume we went down to the restaurant for lunch At noon after some flight hours we had to eat. the food was in poor condition and could not be eaten. When I told the waiter he told me that the products are local and therefore not good quality on the second day in the morning we left the hotel We returned at 4:00 in the afternoon when we entered the room We saw that the room had not yet been cleaned and it was four o'clock And I wonder when he can clean a room in a hotel, as far as I know they clean Morning hours and not afternoons, the hotel as far as I know is not full and this is not justified . on Friday night We returned from the center at 8:00 we went down to eat and we were told that the restaurant was closed as well as the supermarket that is inside the hotel and that was closed and that if we wanted to eat something go to the supermarket which is next to the hotel, the hotel could not offer us even a bottle of water, we had no information from anyone that the hotel restaurant was closing at night and we could not find food. Also in the hotel area there is no living room to sit down to order a coffee and have to be all day in the city center. in the room there were some noises in the morning from the renovations that were taking place Also the TV in the room did not work I do not know why you have it. the room was all full of dust . for some reason there was no furniture in the hotel area and we had to be in the room all day, Also in the hotel reservation it was mentioned in the facilities that there is a fitness pool and sauna , then we were told that in order to be able to go to these places we have to pay extra money at the price of 15 euro per person for all that the hotel has to offer The price is too high and I'm sorry to say that It was a bad experience from a hotel.…
The price is very high for what it offers. The room was not very clean, the breakfast was poor and different for other guests( a football team); it is the first hotel where I’ve been and saw this. To go to the pool you have to pay, first they tell you a price and after they tell you that is not true. So avoid this hotel. And by the way is not a 4 star hotel….
Absolutely disgusted by the service of the waiter at La Boema restaurant of the hotel on friday evening. Not only shouting to a customer but not even apologising? Truly shameful for an “international” hotel. I appreciated though the professionalism of the young lady at the reception Simona. Perhaps the hotel needs more people like her.
An excellent hotel. Clean rooms with a breakfast buffet that can support any fast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking and accommodations like spa available to you. On the down side, it it’s a bit far fro mother center and the TVs need a major update. For my tastes, as a business traveler, is good enough to stay again.

One of the worst Hotel, where I have been ever. Unfriendly employees, no respect. They don’t understand, how have to care with the people who go there. 70€ for one night no too much, but that is a 3 star old hotel.
It is still the best hotel in Bucharest, although some new rules and fees have been introduced regarding the use of the spa and parking and that there is no room service during the night. The reception staff is excellent, especially Cristina B and Robert.

I have stayed in the hotel for two nights. The mattresses feel good, maybe they have recently changed them. The hotel is clean, tidy and provides many services. The location is rubbish and the only good transport method is taking a cab although the traffic in the area seems horrendous. Breakfast was good and the spa is open 24/7 which was great as I could take a swim late night. The highlight of my stay was a chap named Cristi who works at the front desk. He checked me in, gave me really good details about the hotel and its facilities. Later on, he has given me information on what to visit and how to travel, always with a professional and friendly manner. All the staff members looked really smart and smiled during my interactions. Overall, a good property to stay at if you don’t mind its location.…
This is an absolutly lovely modern hotel. The room was spacious and comfortible. Great staff, very professional. Thank you Cristina Anghel and Simona! Also had very good spa,. Great time in a very cozy atmosphere?
