Stayed once again at the Mercure City Center, my absolute favourite hotel in Bucharest. Due to the pandemic, the hotel was not so busy as usual. But all, I mean all services were provided at the highest possible level, with a smile. Breakfast was not buffet-style, as it was before, you just order what you want and everything arrives on your table, fresh and delicious. I have stayed many times at the Mercure and it is one of the cleanest hotel I have visited. All spaces were perfectly clean and immaculate. I very much enjoyed my "Privilege" room on the 6th floor, with a very nice terrace (weather was mild so it was a nice perk). Special thanks to Ms. Alina V. and to Ms. Elena O., who have prepared another memorable stay for me. Will be back, of course, much frequently I hope.

Awesome workers and a clean hotel. Since Covid there is no buffet breakfast, only a la carte, but this is even better as waiters accept customized breakfast requests and make it even better. Special thanks to Cristian - very professional and customer satisfaction oriented work! Great stay!

Great staff, professional and kind. All the measures against covid are taken very seriously, i couldn't feel any safer. The location is excellent as well, just at the heart of the city. Also the restaurant and the menu is remarkable. I would like to thank all the staff one by one for their kindness, but my special thanks are to the General Manager Alina and Sales Manager Alina. Thank you for creating such a place where i feel at home.
