Besides having an excellent location, right at Dorobanti Square, this cosy hotel has almost everything one could want: cosy, perfumed and comfortable rooms, very nice front-desk people, good breakfast. Restaurants and shops are a few steps away, public transportation also and…
53 stairs up to room, and then again down... several cafes etc within 3-4 blocks of hotel. then you need taxi into the old city and other attractions. place was nice, staff helpful as needed. 17 more steps down to breakfast which was good.
I had book this hotel considered the proximity ( my favorite restaurant Pescaria Dorobantilor ) nice place , very small , minimalist services , but good location and prices , just across the street is a nice coffee shop .
This hotel was cozy, quaint and convenient. I only stayed one night before I flew home but the room was wonderful and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and helped me with my dinner plans and a 3am ride to the airport. Highly recommended!
This hotel has friendly staff and found it to be clean. The decor is a bit tacky but not yet dated. This is probably more a weekend getaway for a couple than a business hotel, but I stayed here for business now and 9 years ago as well.
"Travelers with mobility issues should know its stairs without a lift"
"All are good."
"For a quieter one, don't pick the junior suite up top --while beautifully done, with nice skylights, you'll hear the street noise more so."
"I loved my room on the second floor."
"Ask for a room on the lower floors if you have issues with stairs. There is no lift."
