This is listed as a 4-star hotel and it's definitely not. I was fooled by the nice professional pictures. This was no more than a motel quality... a motel not taken care of, and I have pictures to show it. Unfortunately, because the lighting was not very good, it was hard for my iPhone to really photograph the situation, but still... the pics are better than nothing. First, we could hear *everyone*: everyone in surrounding rooms going to the bathroom, talking, flushing (as the water was going through our wall), in the corridor. The walls and door were almost non-existent. There was a big bug that had been in the bathroom long enough to make his nest. (see photo) The carpet was disgusting, with something sticky on it, all over the room. The bathroom window was not covered (we covered it with our traveling sheet). The mattress was super cheap, springy and noisy; it was noise every time we moved. The shower floor was dirty, hard to clear, and very slippery. The fans and lights were hard to control (the fan would not turn off when we turned off the switch - the light would go on and off at the beginning). Once the fan turned off, it makes clicking noises, long enough and loud enough to wake us up. It smelled like cigarettes. The blinds didn't close completely, so we had light come in early in the morning. The bathroom door was extremely noisy; it needs oil. There were towels only for 1 person. We went for breakfast in the morning (9:30 approx.) and there was nothing left. I travel all over the world and have never seen such a crappy place. I stayed in 2-star motels that were way cleaner than this. Please see the pictures: the walls were dirty, cracked. The carpet sticky. Bug in the bathroom. Sticky carpet. Etc. We had 3 nights booked, non-refundable. We left after the first night. I have NEVER commented online on a hotel before. But I couldn't avoid this one.

We were only in Bucharest for a short while and booked this hotel thinking it was close to the attractions. It isn’t. Well it’s not walking distance anyway. It was only a few £ to get into the centre by Uber though. The hotel was clean and fine. A little old fashioned and dated - like a 1980s conference venue - but it was fine for our short stay. Breakfast was a buffet and very Romanian.

I expected more from a four star hotel. I would say this is a very good three star hotel. However, it is clean and comfortable. Included beakfast is good. There are some details in the room that can bother you and that can be easily repaired. In the bathroom you won't find tiles but very strange type of plastic wall.

I spent two weeks in this hotel and I think that it is one of the best in the city because of its position, for the excellent restaurant and furthermore for the rooms that are always clean and comfortable. I felt like I was at home.

I finished the tour with my austrian tourists in hotel Siqua. We got our rooms with very stylish ambient. The breakfast was one of the best in romanian 4* hotels: the had even smoked salmon and cake for the sunday breakfast. The staff is very professional and friendly. Excellent location! I can only recommend it again .

I came to visit the city for the first time in Bucharest. The rooms are ample and have everything you need. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is not to pricy. It's relatively near the attractions and monuments. I definitely recommend it.

I came in Bucharest to see some doctors and I came across Siqua's reviews on booking. First impression was really good, you have a few parking spaces on site. The quiteness is very important in this busy city so yes, you'll find it here. Also, close to the centre (taxi -7 min-8 lei-Unirii). Staff very polite, good variety at breakfast, very clean. To mention the comfortable room,I slept like a baby :) Cosy hotel,I recommend it-4*!

Friendly staff. Posh looking hotel. Comfortable room. Pretty bathroom, just keep windows closed the net doesn't seem to prevent bugs from entering. We arrived early but they readied a room hours before the usual checkin. Thanks. The restaurant downstairs is okey, I intended to eat out and avoid it as it looks quite average and they had only espresso coffee.

Nice stay. Clean decent size room. We were only here 2 days and they forgot to clean our room 2nd day so had to try to get clean towels when we came in near midnight. Night receptionist was very nice and managed to locate towels and said someone would come back to us about the lack of house keeping but no one did. Hotel bit away from old part of Bucharest, but just £2 in taxi
