The staff are friendly and room is big but could be better (needs a little bit of improvement). The shower is located very low (about 1m height) and you cannot enjoy making a normal shower ( there was no soap available at the shower, I had to take from the sink outside the shower ). The walls are thin and with small cracks. On the desk you can find some salted peanuts in a plastic bag, which you have to pay for them 10 RON if you open the plastic bag and eat them (if you buy them from a normal shop it is around 2-3 RON). WiFi is disconnecting very often. Breakfast is continental and it is ok (I eat only 1 time). So it is ok if you stay for a short period of time and you check for the availability of soap before entering the shower :)

This is a pleasant place to stay in a quieter part of Bucharest. Its about 15 minutes walk to the Victory Square metro station from where you can access the main sights. There's a convenience store and a nice cake shop close to the hotel. The room was large with a big bed and sofa and flat screen television. Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin and i had a noisy couple in adjacent room. The hotel has a good restaurant, with seating inside and outside. The food was tasty and not expensive. The breakfast was ok, but there could have been more choice. The staff were either very friendly or indifferent! The hotel is a bit old fashioned but i liked that. I would stay here again if i return to Bucharest.

The lady at the reception was nice and the room was big. But that's about it regarding the positive aspects. The whole hotel is more old fashion, that is not a problem, at least for me. But the quality is not that good, cracked walls, a single functional power socket and that is, obviously not near the bed. The silicone sealant for the bathtub looks like it was applied by a child and if you want to wash your hair you need to hold the shower with a hand because there's no shower head holder, the only one is positioned at about 1.2m. Walls are thin/no phonic isolation, I could here my neighbour talking normally on the phone I told them I only have one important request - to have good wi-fi signal, the signal was decent but I forgot to mention I also wanted internet to flow through it. Joke aside, there was internet but dropping every few minutes and after 8pm you couldn't connect to the wi-fi anymore.
