We stayed at the hotel for two nights and I can’t fault it at all. We got there two hours before check in and we could go to our room straight away. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the park and water. It was extremely clean and smelt good. When we had a shower the pressure of the water was wonderful. This is something for me that is important in showers! Breakfast was wonderful and down the hall from our room. It is right on the lake and a beautiful stroll around it takes you to the Metro, the Village Museum, parks and ferries. It’s a perfect location to the airport, only approximately 15 minutes. I highly recommend.

For us, the best thing about this hotel is the location. Not too far from the airport, and situated in the large park. Our second-floor room looked over a courtyard, toward the lake. In the morning, I sat on the balcony drinking tea and reading a book, with trees and birds around. Delightful. The breakfast had many different savory and sweet items: meats, breads, eggs, cheeses. (Dinner at the restaurant the night before had good and interesting menu, but service was spotty. It took a long time both to order and receive our meals, also to pay.)

Hotel was very quiet, breakfast was delicious with a lot of home made delicacies. The restaurant furniture is a bit old fashioned with wood panels but the rooms have been renovated recently. I had a huge terrace but could not use it a lot end of November. Staff was very kind, let me check in early. I could also do some jogging in the park.

The staff was nice and polite, the location is great, the park, the lake, a corner of nature in a big crowded city. Minus: No place to drink a coffee, the restaurant opens at 8 in the morning so if you wake up early, do not expect coffee or tea. The parking is great, lots of places and the breakfast was tasty and fresh.
