after a hot day in Bucharest we had to suffer in room with the aircon not working. when we opened the window an d door the mosquitoes came in, so had to close.
the room next door was the same.
Reception were not helpful.

Large new apartment style rooms in another building but no elevator.
Also it was very displeasing that no one offered to take the laguage.
The air conditioning was not working well in both apartment (701 and 702).

Might just get 3 *** maybe because no full service restaurant , etc. But I was not going to Bucharest for a Park Avenue hotel :) It's nice and quiet also as opposed to the Sheraton a block away (more expensive also).
