Stayed here on our return from week around Romania. Chose as it was close to train station for connecting train next day. About 10 mins walk to train station. Apartment very spacious with separate living area and kitchen are which was more than we needed. Very nicely decorated and a spa bath which was a bonus. Entry to the property is via a small front gate and pathway. We were very surprised, place looks small from outside but rooms are huge. Great for a few days stay. Service was very good as well, no problems on check in. Could pay by card. Very happy with our stay.
A very good location with ease to reach main attractions in Bucharest. The hotel rooms are studio-like (bedroom, livingroom, bathroom, small kitchen). Pretty quiet and clean! Nice staff! Bad point: lack of parking space!
Good to stay and if you’re not boring to cook ...it has near a supermarket(very useful),metro station and bus station...the transportation is easy either with bus or with metro ....the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, anything we asked she gave it to us ..we are very happy for our staying to this hotel.
I spent one night and I can say that is a good establishment. Very spacious room, with kitchen, microwave, electric oven, dinning area, relaxing area and big sleeping room. The staff is nice and the room is clean. The location is the biggest advantage of this hotel, because it is 10 minutes away (on foot) from Central Train Station and the same distance from Victoria Square.
I took the bottom room and being adjacent to the reception desk, I worried it might be noisy at night. I need not have worried. The placing of the bathroom in between the reception area and the bedroom ensured no noise could be heard. The room was adequate in size. Bath and shower worked OK. But while the bedsheets seemed to be clean, nothing else was. Shelves were full of dust which was off putting given that's the first thing we saw on walking into the room. Had to switch off the fridge at night due to the noise, and had to borrow a kettle from receptionist to make tea, since there wasn't one in the room. The reception area was bright and airy, and the receptionists seemed friendly and eager to help. From providing tea and milk, to booking a taxi, there is nothing they weren't willing to do to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel just needs a good cleaner. Our room wasn't clean when we arrived and wasn't cleaned throughout our stay. The hotel is quite central to places of interest, which can be easily and cheaply accessed via a short taxi ride, or even on foot if you enjoy walking. Victoriei is a thriving area and its situated very close to all amenities.…
