They gave us towels in the entrance, and after asking our reservation name asked us to pay before the massage and didn’t specify where to go. They did not give us slippers and had to go ask for some. The massage was the worst one I had, the masseuse was impatient, and although I booked a couples massage with my partner she insisted to start before him. She then got mad that I told her to wait for my partner who was just changing in the locker room. Following that, during the massage I asked if she could put more pressure, and she replied with a “you booked a relaxing massage” and continued doing what she was doing. After the massage, they made us take our towels downstairs back to the reception. Very disappointed. Not recommending it. And not going there again
We only stayed one night. Very clean room, very relaxing and comfortable bed. Pool, spa area very accessible. You have no view in the room, have to change the TVs with smart TVs to compensate the view to the factories. But overall very relaxing and a little expensive.
I stayed only for one night and I can say that for short stay it is fine. The halls were with no light, but indeed I didn't complain about it. The room was clean and relatively quiet. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not the best, but you can definitely find something to eat! The reception staff was very nice and helpful.
Having read some of the previous reviews was a bit worried about staying here but right from arrival all the staff were really lovely and very friendly and eager to help. Meal in the sky bar was delicious and the cocktails were lovely as well. Breakfast was fine nothing seemed to be missing except some English breakfast tea as there was only fruit teas or earl grey on offer. Overall all was good the bed very comfy and the first hotel I have stayed at that I haven’t had an issue with the pillows !
We arrived for 5 days and stayed in the Premier Palace Hotel . The hotel is little bit far from the old town but very good hotel. The spa is big and nice but we had problems with the massage , we ordered treatment for two couples but when we arrived they told us that there is no-reservation
hotel is located on the southside of town,at high noon it takes 55 minutes to reach it from the airport. It is off the road,in an area infested with homeless people ,just a scary neighborhood.Reception desk employees ,specifically the female manager is helpless, she needs to go to a customer service class. I asked for help since I needed an emergency visit to a dentist,no help!!!!!I asked for help to find some tours,no help, but they sure wanted to offer me a tour in the hotel cars, for a lot of $ an hour. This is no more than a 3 star unit.
The staff really work hard at delivering excellent service for you. The hotel is nice, but a little dated, has good facilities and great private parking! It was great value for money for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending it and would definitely stay here again.
We stayed there a few days and the hotel looks like 3 stars but it takes paid as 5 stars, it is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The staff at the reception was very unfriendly and had no interest for helping us, we wanted to use the spa but nobody gave us any information and even when we asked for information we didn’t get it. I really don’t recommend this hotel. Also the area is very far from the city
Me and my husband had a very pleasant stay here. Comfortable room, good food, nuce staff, the best services. A luxury hotel with excellent spa, pool, massage etc. I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing weekend or longer stay in Bucharest.
