The hotel rooms are comfortable. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The location is very good, 3 mn walking to the Metro and the hotel is well known by all taxi drivers. The breakfast is good but the same each day.

Regards to the chief waiter. CONs: A not so pleasant suprise was that the bathroom was not so clean as last time. Too bad for this...

First, it's on the busiest street in Bucharest--four lanes each direction, average speed 50 mph, and LOUD. And UGLY--hideous Ceausescu-built apartment blocks line the street. Not a good first impression of Bucharest, especially on a cloudy day. AVOID A ROOM FACING THE STREET. Second, the front desk staff is impersonal, somewhat uninformed, and take care of themselves before taking care...

It was very nice, clean, and probably updated recently. It was a little small, but it had everything we needed including air conditioning and a minibar. The second room...
