Cold breakfast, ventilation in the room not working, internet broken, no one from the hotel to dare fixing problems or to change the room. Do not ask for compensation or help they do not care. When you speak with the owner he starts to smile at you and close to yell at you.... shame
I’ve stayed in this hotel many times. Last 2 times it became unbearable. In the winter the heat was not controlled and it was sauna. You could not open the window because the noise is unbearable. This time there was no hot water, rust in the toilette. Overall, very bad room conditions
Excellent service and good food. Easy reach of town .. reasonable prices.staff polite. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms soavpcious and comfortable . I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions over the last couple of years and have not been disappointed .
This feels like a good three star hotel (although I think it may be rated at four stars). The beds and rooms are very comfortable, but some appliances in the bathroom do show signs of wear and tear. Overall, I recommend the hotel mostly for business travel or short stays around Bucharest. Pros: - clean, comfortable rooms - pleasant staff - good parking - great positioning if you want to go to the airport or the outskirts of Bucharest - excellent and very diverse breakfast! - overall, good value for money Cons: - some bathroom appliances need to be refurbished (including some noisy fans) - the restaurant is not specialised in lebanese cuisine (as advertised in some locations) and the menu is no more than average looking (slightly overpriced), but the deserts are great!
We stayed here for an economic stay near OTP. It was that. This is an average hotel that has an above average reception desk staff. The room was average with a few exceptions - They offer a special pillow service and they have a good quality espresso machine in the room. The carpet seemed unclean, water leaked out of the shower, and the furnishings seemed dated. The breakfast buffet was extensive and impressive in its offering but the eggs were cold. We would probably check out another airport-area hotel next time to compare options for OTP.
