- the rooms and bathrooms were very dirty (none of us dared to take a shower), - the furniture is very old, - there is a window between the room and the bathroom, - the mattresses, pillows and the sheets were very old and stained, - the breakfast was poor quality, the vegetables were not fresh and many food containers were empty at 9 a.m., even though breakfast time ends at 10 a.m. - our friends found a cockroach in their room, - in our room the smoke detector was covered in plastic foil, - the mini-fridges were very dirty. We stayed in better looking 2* hotels. They should be shut down until they clean the place properly!

This is not the first time in the hotel, and the neglect continues, from the bathroom accessories in the shower, to the bed with the mattress already falling apart, the parking that is not enough for all the guests and you need to park in mud. At least breakfast, remains good.

We were on a school trip and we stayed at this hotel as a group. Everything was awful right from the beginning. The hotel is far away from the city centre and along with the traffic it took us way too long to get there. The rooms were dirty and they didn't even change the sheets. Some people even found COCKROACHES in their room and had to ask for a new one, which wasn't any better. The water in some showers was BLACK and we had to shower in other people's rooms. Our "dinner" didn't include a buffet, which we paid for, but we had to eat some poorly cooked chicken and a "salad" that was a joke for 5 NIGHTS IN A ROW. The staff was extremely rude and didn't speak English, and despite our many complaints they didn't do ANYTHING to improve the situation. Wanna know the best part? One night, a staff member got drunk and was laying on the sofas on our floor wearing only his underwear. ON A FLOOR FULL OF 17 YEAR OLD STUDENTS. Words couldn't possibly explain how bad our experience was. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

That hotel was very dirty and the staff was rude. Also the food was bad without variety. Our room was full of cockroaches. The water was dirty, black and cold. I can say that it was the worse experience ever.

Well, we took the "best" appartment on this location, and we had a huge dissapointment: room were dirty, sheets broken, very bad sleep quality due to very old pillows and matraces. Far too much paid for what they offered us. Breakfast very poor! Personnel very nice, but....
