good 3" hotel! budget friendly! Its a good 3" and very budget place! so its a very good deal for a solo travelers! located in the central and near to all that you might need! recommended place! cheers!
Could get at least two stars if the staff would try to do their job... The room was clean but that was about it. The pillows were flat like pancaces, the AC didn't work, we had to beg to get a towel each and were not at all comfortable while staying here. So do yourself a favor and get a room at another hotel.
Worst reservation system ever, the hotel director didn’t care that I have reservation and he put me to take an expensive apartment because my room she give it to someone else....I don’t recomand this hotel!!!
I got there after making my reservation on Booking.com. They told me they couldn't find the reservation but still gave me a room and emitted an invoice for the money I paid online. The second day, when I thought everything was fine, while I was in an important meeting I got a call from them telling me that I hadn't payed my stay and that I needed to urgently come there and pay AGAIN for my stay. I sent them payment confirmations from Booking.com, tried to explain that I've already payed but they wouldn't listen. I had to leave a very important business meeting in order to come settle this. When I arrived there, they told me everything was okay, they had some problems with their systemand barely got to appologizing after doing everything in their power to get more money out of me, except calling and resolving their reservation system. In the second night, i noticed that they went through my luggage and packed everythibg without my consent. This is a grave invasion of privacy. This is unacceptable, this is the worst customer service I've experienced in quite a while, and that's saying a lot for a romanian. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.…
Too far from city centre. Two lights in our room weren't working and even though we mentioned it the day we arrived when we left 7 days later the bulbs still hadn't been replaced. Some staff were fantastic a couple of others very rude. Mattresses and pillow (only one each) were very, very thin and uncomfortable. Take your own toilet paper, their dark pink one was like sandpaper.
