we had the pleasure of staying here for three nights in Bucharest, the hotel was very clean, modern and well maintained. There is a little noise from the street to the rear of the hotel during the early hours of the morning from the lively bars but that was only a niggle, the rooms facing the front of the hotel are much quieter and have better views.

Very good hotel, amazing service, large room with balcony. The location of the hotel is excellent right in the center and there is an exit to both the old city and the main road. A delicious and varied breakfast, the service of the staff is excellent. The room needed a little more maintenance and there is a small problem to order Bolt because the address is not accurate.

We did not feel welcome here. We do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is situated in a very nice location in the middle of Old Town in Bucharest. We spent two nights here. We will not do it again. The room we stayed in was comfortable and the balcony was lovely. However the room was too hot and we had to open the windows in February because it was too hot inside. The minibar made noise all the time and it was right by the bed. The bed is not very comfortable. Unfortunately the service in the reception were very impolite and shallow. We were very disappointed. We did not feel welcome. Nobody said "welcome", nobody showed us the room or offered to help us with the bags, nobody smiled and we felt the tone was harsh and impolite. The breakfast was very disappointing. The staff did not smile and did not say good morning when we entered the room. The breakfast room is very dark without a window. The bread was very dry, the cheese was very dry and most of the food was really not very delicious. The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner. The price and quality do not go together on Concorde Old Bucharest Hotel. It is not like a 4 star hotel at all. The location is not enough for a good holiday. We need polite and good service as well. The biggest problem for the hotel is the poor service. We recommend you to pay a little extra and book another hotel. We checked out after two nights and moved to Marmorosch Hotel. It was the best decision ever and worth the extra money. We will not visit Concorde Old Bucharest Hotel again. We did not feel welcome here.…

A great place to stay. The staff are 1st class. The room I had was lovely. Great shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, and plentiful. The perfect location for the Old Town, and pick up and drop off from the airport. Thank you.

Very friendly staff , always patient and want to help. We did not like the first room so they did everything to find us a room that we liked. Good breakfast . Best location. Would be better if there was a conditioner . Thank you!

A fantastic hotel in a superb location close to restaurants and bars. We unfortunately had an incident on arrival when our bag was stolen from the Bolt cab and I just want to say The Hotel manager and all his staff were very supportive and helped us through this.. we stayed extra nights whilst our passports got sorted as we felt very safe in this hotel..it’s clean, friendly staff,well maintained and within walking distance to all amenities .. please do not let our incident put you off travelling to Bucharest.. we will definitely come again and recommend to others.

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay. The hotel is very clean and in a great location, with frontage on the river and access straight into the old town from the rear . We had a large room with comfortable bed and balcony looking out on the old town. Toiletries were provided but no promised bathrobe and slippers. A smart coffee machine and fridge, though I would have preferred a kettle. There was no access to apps or WiFi on the TV. The sealant round the bath needs replacing and the floor outside the bathroom also needs replacing, it looks like there's been a flood from the bathroom at some point. A good selection at breakfast, especially if you like continental, though it was a shame that they leave the top off the hot food, which ends up cold. Plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs in the immediate vicinity. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. …

Stayed for two nights over Halloween weekend. Location is superb - the back door leads directly out onto the main part of the Old Town. Restaurants and bars in abundance. Hotel itself is very clean. Spacious bedroom. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice of food - hot and cold. Would definitely stay here again.
