Very cute hotel
We came with the kid to have a breakfast and order an orange juice, they didn’t have it on the spot but didn’t refuse, instead they go to the shop for oranges and did it.
Very good service and guest oriented staff.

Was there for a business meeting, very well equipped meeting rooms.
Forgot my Mac's charger and hotel staff arranged that I get a new one in the afternoon same day.
Rooms a bit unusual style, but very spacious and comfortable.

The trip was planned by an agency so the hotel was fully booked for us. Pretty modern look and very spacious rooms.
A good variety of choices for breakfast. Also there is a joint space at the entrance where you can spend time with your friends.
The restaurant is an open space, no separation from the joint space.

We booked a Deluxe Double room and got a Standard Smoking room. After telling them, it got changed into the right room type. The room was spacious, but that´s it. Furniture selection was but together from different pieces and was far away from the Aria in Las Vegas. No toilet articles. WiFi worked only in some spots of the room. The breakfast was under the norm for a 4 Star, more likely as a 1 or 2 Star. Rooms were loud and you could hear everything that was going on on the streets. Far away from everything. The girl who checked us in in the evening was also the same girl who brought us breakfast in the morning. Spend a bit more money and book a 5 Star in the City. Then you might get a 4 Star treatment.

The hotel is fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at night.
But...
I did give it only 3 stars why?
Well, its the little things that make a hotel stay pleasant, and all during my stay i encountered the things that made me go, duh.. not good.
First we arrived late at night, we got our room on the fifth floor, only... the elevator didnt work, so how am i supposed to get to my room without a lift... carring the luggage 5 floors was unfun.
And then the little things:
1. The water pressure is low, so taking a shower takes a while. Even the toilet takes 5 mins to refill.
2. The lights, in the elevator are dark blue, so you cant really see what floor you are pressing.
3. The lights again, on each floor the lights turn off if there is no movment, but its really quick, so me fumbling for the key 3 secs means i now search for the key in the dark or dance a bit so lights will come back on.
4. The trash can, well its there but the step lever doesn't work so you have to open it with your hand. There were a few more little but annoying things so if you don't mind a bit of the small things, the hotel is cheap and clean.

We were there for a business meeting for three evenings. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Thank you to all of then. However it was not same for the restaurante. We waited long for having lunch. Breakfast was weak. Location is a little bit far from city center. Decoration was terrible. Wi fi does not work well in rooms.

We arrived on16:30, the rooms weren't ready. We ordered supper, they confused the order, forgot a part of it. I had to go down to solve their troubles. The worst thing - I was responsible for the whole delegation.

Extremely helpful staff especially the porter Alina and the general manager Lawrence, no matter what I asked them about, they could fix it. Good and large room. Fantastic and affordable food.
They help me to get a driver / guide when I wanted to go to the countryside to see a monastery and he was really professional.

I went for a 3 days business trip and reserved the half-board option which was at a quite good price. The dinner I've enjoyed each nigh was a feast and I felt as being at a top star restaurant. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff always smiling and ready to help you with all your queries. I will for sure stay there again when back in the city.
