Clean room, clean lobby. They have Italian coffee capsules and tea facilities in the room. Mini bar for a decent price. They have self-service laundry just for 2 EUR washer and another 2 eur for a dryer. Detergent was free. The room has a google watch, wireless phone charger, free water, and very delicious wine for only $10 per bottle. Breakfast is well done and for $1.5 you can upgrade your morning coffee to cappuccino or americano. I used to drink their regular coffee. It is also good but it was brewed 1 hour before I came to breakfast. It was warm, and fresh, no issues, but I personally like European-style fresh coffee. They have oatmeal, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, fresh cheese, Italian dry sausages, nice fresh fruits and vegetables. I cannot complain at all. Everything is fresh and well packaged. Honey, Nutella, jelly, ketchup, etc... individually packaged and nicely served. Service is exceptional, check-in took me less than a minute. The location is perfect. I got the right service for a decent price.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night right end of December 2019. Everything in this hotel met and probably exceeded my expectations. Stylish and clean room, friendly and cool staff, relatively good breakfast (I think it was for free), great sleeping quality, and an excellent location as it's a walking distance to the city center. I truly liked how personalized the experience was as the staff left a post card addressed to me on the desk inside the room and they also provided a bottle of water, which is a nice gesture. It's a cool hotel and I highly recommend it, without any doubt.

Stayed here for 2 nights february 2020. Quite a nice place in the way that its well organzed and well working, as its still relatively new and manned with a service minded personnel with an eye for details. Rooms have an ample size, and beds are of a ok quality.
There are 2 downsides: The location is not super central, but still good though, only a 15 minute walk to main street abd absolute center. Breakfast items are pretty bland, bottom shelf bread, no fresh juice, and if you like fresh coffee dont get up later than 730 as they seem to make it only once (visited in low season though, in summer thay might make coffee more than once), but anyway the breakfast could well be one of the best in the city.

Dear Valued Giest! Thank you for your review on TripAdvisor! It is really important for us and help us to move into right direction. In couple days we will be offering fresh juices. Thank you for your kind advise! We brew coffee every morning (6:30 a.m.) and keep it in BUNN coffee thermos, that has time indicator of freshness. BUNN company guarantees freshness of the coffee for 4 hours, so by the end of breakfast it still fresh (breakfast time from 7 to 10 a.m.). The same coffee equipment is used at Starbucks, McDonalds, Dunkin' Donuts, others. Thank you again for your review and we hope to see you soon at Thomas Albert Hotel!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Nov19. Hotel is not in the best location in Chisinau, on the corner of a busy road, but central enough to walk to nearby shops and restaurants (5 mins walk) and tourist locations (cathedral and Stephen Statue 25 mins walk). Room was ok and breakfast very basic, I’m guessing lavish spreads aren’t typical in Moldova. There’s a small gym in the basement and sauna, need to give reception notice to use. Hotel staff all very friendly. All in all nothing to complain about but nothing to praise. However, there didn’t seem to be much choice hotel wise so I would still consider this place if staying in Chisinau for a couple of nights.

I stayed in a double room on the 3rd floor. Between the end of June 2023 to the beginning of July 2023.

The facility seemed to have been recently refurbished, and was in an excellent state of repair, and cleanliness.

The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of items to select from, and changed from day to day.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, and could not have done enough for me.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was our first time in Chisinau and the Thomas Albert Hotel was definitely one of the reasons for our very positive impression.
Upon our arrival and check-in, we were informed that we were upgraded (free of charge) to the best rook in the hotel. This was a penthouse suite, which was very nice looking, huge, and had anything you might want or need.
We loved the location and the neighbourhood, many good restaurants and cafés within walking distance.
Finally, the hotel has one of the best restaurants in town at -1 level. It's called Divus and we cannot stress out how amazing the food is. Just go there and try it yourself - especially if you are a wine lover

Recently stayed at Thomas Albert Hotel. The stay at the hotel was overall good. The staff was sort of helpful. My flight was late so I arrived late. The disappointing was the breakfast that was included. They served dry steamed vegetables. And coffee was cold.

I stayed a few days at the hotel during my visit to Moldova and Transnistria. The hotel is centrally located in relation to attractions, where you can walk to most of them. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood and the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The staff is very service minded and they have time to talk about
What is worth experiencing in the country and the city.
If I come to Moldova again, I will definitely stay at the hotel.
My warmest recommendations from here.

positive aspects -
1 - Location - 3 blocks of Pyrincipal Square, secure location
2 - reasonable meal coffee
3 - clean room

negative aspects -
1 -there was at no time any empathy from employees
both when arriving, just saying the basics and when leaving and asking for a taxi help
2 - bad room, bad smell in the room
3 - bathroom with water leaking through the boxer (303), bad smell all the time. We went down to talk to the reception and there was nobody
4 - is far from having the stars or being a boutique hotel, to leave us to desire

Thank you for you question. We are in historical part of the city. It will take you about 25 min walk to the central park and 7-10 min walk to the main street - Stefan cel Mare. There are the following restaurants within 5 min walk distance: - Andy's ($) - Taxi Blues ($$) - London steak house ($$) There are more of them in 10 min walking distance (Propaganda, Gastrobar,). Taxi - from airport to the hotel about 150 MDL, in the city - 40 MDL. 1 USD = 18 MDL. 1 EUR = 20 MDL.
