Poor decision to stay here. facilities closed. Most staff rude. Below average. Definitely not the 9 it has on booking.com. Food, not that great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There’s nothing in the surrounding area… only residential.
I have sued the hotel a few times. The location is convenient and there are many places to go and eat within walking distance. The drawback is parking. there are some free spaces in front of the hotel, but if you don't get one, the hotel charges or the underground parking
Stayed for 1 night in this hotel. Everything in this hotel is very clean and well organized. The main hall, bar and rooms are spotless clean! Hotel is easily accessible and is close to the center of Zagreb. Very clean rooms, good ventilation and noiseless air conditioning. Lovely beds, plenty of pillows and sheets. Bathroom is very clean and equipped with sufficient facilities. Extensive toiletries available and plenty of towels. Bathroom is also disinfected. The rooms are sealed when they are cleaned. That way you are sure about a nice and clean room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very extensive breakfast! Rarely seen such an extensive breakfast. There is also a chef who makes a fresh omelet with the ingredients of your choice. Just for the breakfast I would even book here again! On top of the hotel is the wellness and bar. I did not use this, I was too late in the evening and left too early in the morning. Some people from our group have used it and they praised it. In short - RECOMMENDED!…
Well situated, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was average for a hotel in that price range. Good parking, accessible. The only ting I my room was that the AC was somewhat loud at night.
Nice hotel to stay in Zagreb. Come for a convenience and stay for a small but perfectly good wellness area: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a steam room + solarium - on a water bed (!), located cleverly on the eighth floor for a fab view; great breakfast options and a good size and very clean bedroom. The whole hotel shines. The view is over a busy avenue, but this is a city hotel after all. Would recommend and will probably come back when on the way to the Adriatic coast from Zagreb airport.
A hotel with large multifunctional halls and excellent extras, from food, drinks, to a place to relax to a spa area. Rooms tidy and clean. Toilets outside the boarding house are clean, tidy, maintained. Coffee very good. The desserts are a bit pre-ready, they lack the special taste and appearance. Food satisfactory, freshly prepared, but without character. Outdoor parking too small, garage too expensive, if you are short, we recommend using parking across the road.
Wonderful hotel for everyone occasions. Rooms are so big, clean and comfortable ideal for bussines travelers. Breakfast is rich and wonderful.Staff are profesional.Parking is safe.If you going at Zagreb Antunovic hotel is my reccomendation.
Perfect and kind person. Lovely place, reckommended. Clean and nice. The staff of the Lucija restaurant is very friendly and cheerful. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is ready to take cheerful.
I have stayed couple of times in this hotel and although I find it old fashioned was always surprised how frond desk can be rude, unprofessional. It seems that hospitality is not their core business. After last incident with them I have decided not to stay in this hotel anymore. There are plenty of nice hotel with polite people in Zagreb.
The hotel is very big, not really central but easy to reach from the highway if you come by car. Rooms are very spacious and so is the bathroom but the interior design is a bit “old style” and should maybe be renewed shortly. Bed is comfortable and the room is very quiet. Breakfast was very good and service for in-room dining was very fast and effective.
