Overnighted unexpectedly due to flight delay.Staff at front desk very efficient and proffesional checked large groups in really quickly.Hotel appeared to be in a business district,advised its approx 20 mins walk to city. Lucky me checked in last and was allocated executive room with sitting area furnishings were Modern top quality the bed so super comfy and the best nights...

this hotel is perfect. rooms clean and all is perfect. suggested for business and also for holidays. in 10 minutes you can be in the center. the cuisine is the typical of croatia even if a little bit expensive

Hotel is well maintained and close to city center. Parking is available and high speed WiFi. Hotel doesn't have some special animations but it offers excellent location, great breakfast and service is on top level.

I got send here by Croatia Airlines due to double cancellations of my continuing flights. It took us about 30min to get here with the bus they provided us. Check in went really quickly and everybody got their own room with two beds in it, as well as a voucher for dinner and as I just saw: breakfast is free...

So 100 people arrive at the hotel with little warning and they process us quickly, feed everyone and find us all rooms. Ignoring the fact that BA footed the bill, the hotel did a great job despite some elderly Brits moaning about everything. Through all this and with limited staffing they all kept smiling. Well done hotel management and staff....

It's a good hotel, on the cheaper side of the 4 star range of hotels. The location is also pretty good, close to a tram station. The restaurant is rather fancy and the food is awesome. There is nothing to complain about this hotel.

We were in Zagreb for an event with a group of teenagers and stayed in this property for 4 nights in December. The rooms were adequate in size (most European hotel rooms are on the smaller side compared to American properties) but the bathroom was a nice size with modern features. Nice modern hotel. I was here second time, this time with my girlfriend for xmas break in Zagreb. Hotel is clean and modern, breakfest had a lot of choice and staff is very polite, specially Ivanka that worked during breakfest. Excellent service :)
