Highly recomended hotel Maksimir! Place is so nice and it's just 5 minutes from main square of Zagreb. Location perfect, room perfect and modern (5 star)! Staff is very kind and friendly to all people who walked in. We was there for three days and we spend a lot of time with them and after few hours we felt like...

We came to hotel by tram witch tram station is few steps from hotel (5 min to the center of Zagreb). The hotel is surrounded by buildings, so we was thinking that the place is old dirty hotel, but we've changed our mind just on our arrival to the hotel. The place is hidden beauty. Everything is new, clean and...

I really can not believe this place has a permit to work . I thought to call an inspection to verify all of this together, it seemed to me that it makes no sense that they can work like this, but the friendly staff and their efforts are still prevented me in it. Parking is available, but stuffed to meaninglessness....

Unfortunately not a good experience. There is one cleaning lady (very kind woman) but cannot get to clean rooms in time properly. So we had someones hair in the shower, so the cleanliness is suspicious. The rooms are not like on the pictures from the sites which is the most annoying thing for anything. The bathrooms are too small, you...

The owner and the reception are doing a great job! We've been offered a welcome drink right upon our arrival. The owner explained everything and offered help with anything we might need. The location is quite good, you can either take a tram or walk - about 20 min to the centre. There is a restaurant around with quite a...

The hotel isn't a 5 star hotel, but the staff are!!! Great people who are very friendly and will do anything to make your stay better. The rooms are a bit small but it's Europe, so that's expected. The beds are ok and not every room has A/C. I would make sure to request a room with A/C if you're...

The owner was the nicest guy and all the staff kind. Even as a low cost option i dont believe the hotel deserves the 3 stars. Rooms are small and dont smell good. Everything but the tv was old. The cleaning staff prefer to avoid work and the breakfast was the worst ive ever tried. If i come to Zagreb...
