Stayed with my parents, husband and 2 kids in the apartment room and the room is great, plus has an amazing balcony. The breakfast was very nice as well. The location can be a downside. Also the transfer to the airport and the parking are at extra cost (taxi was more than twice cheaper).

Hotel is located near to the airport. It is comfortable and clean. The hotel kindly left dinner in our room due to the late arrival of our flight, which was a nice surprise. There was a downside, no drinks or condiments. After trying to find someone who spoke a little english, we were told we could not buy a drink as the bar was closed anx not even through room service. Not even a bottle of water!!! Not correct for a 4* hotel. Breakfast was standard buffet style, but correct.

I had an appointment with three people from Greece and Italy in the restaurant to discuss dinner at lunch and in my 44 years that I am alive I have never met a restaurant as bad as silver houses. First of all the prices are very expensive with too small portions. My partners ordered the beef with pepper and they gave us with 40 Leva aproximetly each plate that was huge with a small piece of meet in the center and some tomato juice rount it. I ordered meat variety and the meat was black burned and I sent it back. Then I ordered ravioli and the brought a plate like Mexican Sombrero and in the center 20 pieces of ravioli with cream. Because the portion couldn't feed a baby I asked for bread and the waiter didn't refuse me the bread and the three times I was begging them but the bread never came. The plate was broken in two spots and the tablecloth was dirty from the breakfast time. I have complained to the waiter and his manager THREE times and they didn't anything to make me happy instead they were upset and try to convince me that the horse can fly.... Anyway I suggest if you want to go to this hotel to eat.... think it over is the worst restaurant I experienced all my life.

We stayed here for one night as our initial hotel was overbooked and they transferred us to this hotel. We had rooms in the adjecent building which looked very new and the rooms were very nice, spacious and very clean. A good bed and more than sifficient cupboard space. Only small minus is that the cupboard area for hanging cloths is not that hight hence longer clothes will not hang in their full length. Also my suit I hung at one of the hooks for jackets and coats to ensure it could hang out. The breakfast was of a good quality. Definitely an address one can think off when being in Sofia for business or pleasure (although it is not that close to the city centre).

Since this was a short business trip, this hotel was adequate. For a prolonged stay i really wouldn't suggest it. To start - reception is pretty cold, and unhelpful. Every time i came to ask for something, i felt as though I was intruding, and like it's not their job to help the guests. Except for the man in the night shift, who was as pleasant as they go. He went above and beyond to help me and my colleagues in whatever we needed. Next - breakfast. A lot of options, but nothing that stands out. Except for the doughnuts, they were nice. Everything else was pretty much tasteless. Room - Spacious and nice. The room was really good, and it had a good enough desk to work. Room number was 216 (twin room)
