We really didn't know what to expect for this budget hotel but was pleasantly surprised with it. The location was great for us as only 7 bgn from the bus station and 7 bgn to the airport. (although be careful of the other taxi's outside the bus station trying to charge 30 bgn). The room was clean and satisfactory for the night. The bar was cheap and cheerful for a few beers and we could even order our own food delivery. Breakfast was cooked fresh and plenty of it. The main plus was how friendly the staff are for a budget hotel, especially Stoyka who was very happy and willing to help. Thank you. No doubt we will use this hotel again in the future.

Second time of booking and again early morning arrival. Reception staff polite and welcoming. Just wanted to say Thank you ! I requested 2 services before arrival and both were dealt with without any issues. As I have said previously it is not a boutique hotel but fine when arriving in the early hours. Big thanks to all the staff !!!!

My flight was delayed so I arrived at the hotel much later then expected. As walked in the Receptionist greeted me by my name. He then asked which floor I would prefer and arranged a taxi for me the following morning. The room itself was a good size and as well as the very large master bed there was a sofa bed and a nice seating area. The breakfast the following morning was prepared and served by the same lady. Who although she couldn't speak English, and my Bulgarian is extremely limited, she was very pleasant. Do not be put off by the area around it.I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful and I got better service and a comfortable nights sleep, which I can not say of some of the Hotels I have stayed in in the past.

Excellent location when arriving late at night. Very good service from man at reception, nothing to much trouble. Room very spacious with everything you need. Lady at breakfast very nice and welcoming with adequate continental breakfast. Although this not a boutique hotel it is good value for money and I will use this hotel again.
