1) The location on booking.com is not correct... says 24 BUT IS 2 on Makedonian boulevard.

Best thing to do is take the metro. Just find the Palace of Justice and it's a few feet away. It's the cheapest way but if you're worried about your flight just ask the reception and they'll ring a taxi for you.
