Staff is friendly. The bar is never opened. The rooms are outdated but clean. The beds were okay and the bathroom was clean. I think it was worth the money, booked my next stay in march already. Pretty close to the city center and the market area.

We arrived late at night, and laughed at the similarity between our room and a twin prison cell. Very basic. 2 single beds, a 1980s TV, a 1970s desk and fridge. The decor was awful. Some kind of dull orange. However, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good (10 mins walk to most things). The rooms...

Upon arrival the concierge instructed us that check in was at 2:00 which we were fine with and so left only to return at 1:59. This was simply by chance but from her expression I might as well have defecated on the reception table. It may have been that or the fact that she thought I was gay but either...

Really cute little hotel, great location, lovely staff, I really enjoyed the breakfast and you get loads for your money. Wifi is a little funny as people have mentioned but you don't need it if you're there for fun!

It doesn't look like much when u see the pictures but it's so much better and prettier in real life. Its in a really quiet and cosy city area. It's also really central with walking distance to the most places in Sofia. The service was good and the room was great.

Hotel Sveta Sofia is located on a very nice spot in a very nice city of Sofia. It's just a three to five minutes walk to Vitosha walking area, but to the most famous sightseeing spots as well. Parking is easy to handle, even thou hotel has no parking of its own, but there are plenty of cheap parkings around....

We stayed here twice during our Balkan tour, 2 nights in a junior suite at the beginning of our tour and 1 night in a standard room at the end. Overall, this hotel suited our needs. Good location, friendly staff, clean and presentable. Breakfast is a simple continental affair, more than adequate. Wifi can be a bit hit and miss,...

Stayed 3 nights. Loved this hotel for the location on a pedestrian shopping street and it was easy to walk everywhere. A bit dated for a 4-star - carpets worn, old TV etc. The maid service wasn't great. Some trash left on the floor was still there after cleaning and forgot to give more towels after they took away older...

Located in a very good area, in a pedestrian zone (Pirotska Street) and a short walk from the Center. It was clean and comfortable. The staff, although they didn't speak good English, they were very helpful. The restaurant was at the bottom of the Hotel and it had a great variety of tasty choices for breakfast and dinner.. ✿
