Visited for a few days and really enjoyed my stay. The hostess was very warm, welcoming and helpful, and great fun to sit and chat with. She catered to my every need and made useful suggestions how to get to where I needed to go. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the whole flat is very well looked after. Lovely quiet location.

The good: The host was very friendly and accommodating, WiFi worked. Location is great, 5 minutes from Eagles Bridge, which is a major hub. The bad: The kitchen facilities were filthy (see pics). The place was vacuumed but did not seem to be cleaned in any other way (wooden boards need a bit more care). The bathroom is of dire need of good scrubbing, the toilet smelled and one day I saw a cockroach there. I understand it's an old building and an old flat but using the right detergents can improve things a lot. Colour of towels also left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was self-service, I didn't boil any eggs because the egg boiler had a terrible smell every time you lift the cover. As for the toaster, not sure if this was rust or breadcrumbs that have stayed there since it was purchased, but I did not feel like getting anywhere near it. Despite the owner's nice attitude, I am not going to stay there again, neither recommend it unless she makes sure that the place gets cleaned properly. For those who don't care much about hygiene, you can hear noise from adjacent room, bathroom is tiny and definitely bring flip-flops (shower and toilet in one, cockroaches on floor, etc.).

It is a good budgetary variant to stay in Sofia. Theodora is so nice person. She is ready with pleasure to help you to have a great time in her mini-hotel and in bulgarian capital. Of course, it is not a hotel but for sleeping and breakfast it is a suitable variant for economical tourists.

Very pleasant experience! Dear Travellers, this B and B was a very nice experience for me. I made my booking via Booking.com and spoke with the owner Theodora over the phone about check in details, she was friendly and very helpful. I was then greeted by her at the B&B and she showed me to a very nice room with private bathroom. The entire B&B was spotless and very cozy. Theodora showed me the single room with the external bathroom which was very nice and spotless as well. She was also kind enough to arrange a taxi for me for a very early check out. The area of the hotel is convenient to get to other areas of Sofia quickly. Theodora can also give you some recommendations on restaurants and shops nearby. She also has a nice selection of materials for a nice breakfast, please make sure that you taste her home made jams! I wish her all the best with her B and B and look forward to my next stay. Sinan.

Theodora leads the pension very engaged. I felt from the first moment like at home. A late checkout was no problem. The rooms are large. And the heater works. The breakfast was plentiful and it is very nice that you can always make coffee and tea. Nearby there is a nice shopping street with restaurants and shops. To the city center it is about 15 minutes walk.
