The hotel had a great location with a store right next door to grab whatever was needed but also a shopping center to walk around and explore. It also has easy access to get out of town if you are traveling to other parts of town and country. The staff was friendly and their restaurant had great options. Parking was included and it had multiple places to park the car.

Amazing experience! I stayed in Sarajevo for just three nights but I wish I had made my stay longer, as this city has a lot more to offer. This hotel has perfect location because it is in front of two of the main museums in Sarajevo, it's next to the best malls -with cheap shopping, lots of restaurants and exchange places) -and it's also walking distance from the historic old town of Sarajevo. It was very easy and convenient, rooms were comfortable and nice, breakfast was also good, highly recommend!

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are very polite and happy to help. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was great, with local cuisine offerings. The location of the hotel is good, and you can easily reach the city center by car or by tram, even on foot if you like walking. The hotel is big, so you may wait a bit on the elevator. The only drawback is their fitness and pool. A part of the fitness equipment is old and broken, and the pool was out of order during our visit.

The room and the view of the city are very nice. The location is excellent. The breakfast was very bad and we are very disappointed because it did not justify the price of the accommodation. A hotel of that rank should do much better. The tub was repainted and old, and the front door was broken. All in all, an average experience for an above average price.

Room was not too bad, could be upgraded in some areas. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Lighing in the room was not so good (specialy in the entry area). Staff not so sure about the pointing us to everything we have asked about. We wanted to have dinner in the National Restaurant but there was no room to sit, only at the low sitting tables that are not convinient to eat from. There was some party there, some of them were seated and some of them were expected to come but waiter did not bother to try to make us room to sit and eat. We had to go out of the hotel to other place to eat. All in all it was not bad stay but could be upgraded. Decorations on the walls in general are outdated and needs overhaul.

Don´t even try it Beatiful lobby, and the "beatiful" word stops right here in the lobby!! The room was old, the sheets were too small for the bed, and the pillow was directly on the matress; linen looked greyish, the toilet was exiguous and if you have long legs, you can´t seat on the "throne". Breakfast facilities looked like a cantina in the dark ages of the " Cold War!! Breakfast was very very poor, nothing looked fresh! It was an experience to forget!!!!
