Turned up at 830pm to check in and after ringing the door 1000 times we tried calling the owner. After the 3rd call we received news that we could not stay at the hostel as the owner had encounted a death in the family At 9pm we had to wander the streets finding accomdoation which wasted time and we had...

Really has felt like a home away from home. Comfy, Clean and excellent Wifi. The hostel is also well situated for the bus and train, has a good bar the Brew within a couple of mins and is in easy walking distance to old town. All three of us found the tour to be informative but also personal and relaxed...

I'm quite shocked to see some of the previous reviews about this hostel. It is more like an apartment as it only has one 6 bed room and a twin room but it is quiet, clean and just what we needed. The facilities all worked fine and the wifi was great. At the end of the day, it cost us...

I only stayed in Sarajevo to break up my trip from Slovenia to Mostar. I'm so glad I did because I got to meet Jasmina, the host of the hostel. She is so warm, welcoming and funny. She was helpful with all of our questions regarding the history of Sarajevo and where to get a good coffee. The hostel is...

I had a really bad experience. The women who owns the place is dishonest. She seamed very nice at first and offered us a couple of activities for ''free'', and she ended up charging us 30 euros each. She took some money inside my friend's wallet and when we saw her she said she was only borrowing it but she...

This hostel was an absolute disaster! We got the recommendation by a lovely hostel owner from Mostar (Magdalena Lena) and were told that the place is supposed to be nice. However, it turned out to be the complete opposite! Although she picked us up from the station, she seemed to be in a hurry and not really treating us as...

It is just an apartment with two rooms, a toilet and a bathroom, without kitchen and common area, instead of a hostel. The host, Jasimina , only appears in the early morning. DONT join the tunnel tour which costs €15 per person organized by her. She just brings you to the tunnel museum by a taxi and leaves you there...

I can't imagine how there can be ANY bad reviews about that cosy little hostel! We spent a great time in Sarajevo (great city) in this exact hostel and we were ABSOLUTELY HAPPY about the ENJOY hostel. Jasmina - the owner - was like a mother to us. She fetched us from the station, invited us out for breakfast, the...

I couldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy. The "hostel", which actually is one small room with one bathroom (hot water enough for 1,5 people), is 3 flights up the stairs. No elevator, no terrace, no nothing. Jasmina reminded me of an afwul nazi-like mother-in-law, she actually sat outside while I was taking a shower just so she...
