Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights without any regrets! We drove here and there wasn't a parking spot within the hotel's compound, but a hotel staff offered to park our car at a parking garage about 20m down the street so if you're driving, you won't have to worry about parking! You will be surprised to find that there isn't any kettle/ironing board/iron in the room but we were pleasantly surprised at how quick the hotel staff was in delivering these items upon our request. Also, the room is not big but comfortable enough for 2 large suitcases (you have to be creative at using the space!). Next, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet spread as everything was halal! Lastly, the old bazaar is literally across the road!!

I booked this hotel for 6 days back in September, based on all the positive reviews I read. This trip was for leisure, and I wanted to stay in Sarajevo as my base, to explore Bosnia and former Yugoslavia. My hotel stay experience far exceeded my expectations. Situated in downtown Sarajevo and minutes walk to the old town center where there is everything- cafes, souvenirs, restaurants, landmarks, sitting and walking, people watching, shopping. Perfectly safe including night time (I was a solo traveler), tons of tourists. You won't be bored! This renovated and modern hotel was very clean, the staff was super friendly, fresh and delicious breakfast daily with variety of choices. The hotel was reasonably priced, and located near by tour office which was also an incentive (Sarajevo Funky Tours, also 5 stars!). I wanted to give a special thank you to the young lady at my hotel checkout on Oct.2, who helped locate a taxi driver to drive me to Ljubljana, when Adria Airways filed for bankruptcy that week and my flight was canceled. I was in great distress that morning trying to figure out how to check out of the hotel and leave for the next part of my journey. Without her help, my trip would have been ruined. I am so grateful she was there to help me. The young man, driver Nadeer was super nice and got me to my destination just in time. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is traveling to Sarajevo, and I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very modern hotel, with climate controlled rooms, and comfortable beds. It is conveniently situated a block from the bazaar and walking distance to show and attractions. Also features a delicious breakfast and provides off- street parking nearby.

Positives: Loved this hotel, location is perfect, free parking is great, very friendly staff, the manager even braved the Sarajevo cold morning to help us reverse our car onto the busy main street, very clean and modern hotel, bathroom and modern black tiled shower was amazing, loved the decoration, lots of good TV channels, breakfast was beyond delicious with great smoked salmon and avocado, quality ingredients. Negatives: rooms are too small, prices are high, minibar prices are expensive, coffee machine at breakfast is not the best coffee comes out not hot at all, please consider getting a new one...all in all a great hotel we will return !

People were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok....dont expect a full English as you wont find that . We loved it and would have no doubts about staying again
