The hotel is located right in the old town and is super-accessible as it's right on the main road. This however makes it a little noisy if you're facing the street, though the rear rooms are quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and at the price point, the breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious enough but pretty dated and could use a refurbishment.

Great little hotel they treat you like a family. It is quite small but its very clean and the prices were great for our 5 day stay. Will definitely go back again. Breakfast is light but it's in the heart of old town so everything you need is right around the corner, shopping, food, everything.

From the begining when making the reservation they reached out to let me know they were there if I needed something. Location is really unbeatable, it's around the corner from the fountain square and close to everything, we even walked there from the bus stop. The room was great, even with a small balcony. Breakfast was very good, Sabrina very kindly made coffee for us, including traditional Bosnian coffee. The service is just the best part, very friendly helpful staff, and it was certainly not expensive. Definetly will come back!

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay. We spent 5 nights in a twin room, the room was spacious the wifi was fast and the beds were comfortable. The staff spoke perfect English and were willing to answer any questions. The room was in an excellent location, the back entrance leads straight onto the old town. The breakfast had the usual selections, bread, cheese, yoghurt etc. I would defiantly stay here again.

I went to Sarajevo by myself last summer and stayed in this fantastic hotel. I arrived very early in the morning and the night guard offered breakfast and coffee, even though I hadn't slept there that night (I really appreciated it). They gave me a room in the top floor so I had windows on the roof from which I could see the skyline. The room was very clean and comfortable and it had a fridge which is very useful in the summer. The hotel is located almost in the very Sebilj square so it couldn't be more centric. The staff is amazing, especially a guy that was there in the mornings with whom I talked a lot, and since I was alone, I really appreciated him asking if everything was okay and if I needed anything. Yet again, Bosnian people are very kind. Thanks to everyone in the hotel for making my stay great!

My family stayed here in July, and I forgot to write a review - which was a great oversight as this hotel is worth taking the time to recommend. We arrived by car and parked up on the kerb by the door (to the anger of the other cars on the road !) as we had no idea where the promised car parking facilities were. The lovely bloke on the reception desk immediately rang someone who came to take my husband to the garage - which turned out to be 5 minutes walk away. Myself and our teenagers were left at reception to wait where we chatted to the receptionist who filled us in on the nature of Sarajevo in July. July is the anniversary of Srebrenica so it is a time when tensions are heightened among the different ethnic group who live in the city. As we come from Northern Ireland we were able to bond over our complex histories! When my husband arrived we went to our family room on the top floor. It was a great space. The bathroom divided the room in two which a double bed on one side and two singles and a small kitchen on the other. Absolutely spotless and perfect for our needs. As others have stated, the location is second to none. You walk out of the back door of the hotel onto the narrow street that contains Barhana - one of the best known bars/casual restaurants in the Old Town. Literally, less than 5 minutes walk away, there is the famous line in the street that divides the iconic Eastern side of the city from the West. The hotel was so central we popped back umpteen times through out the day, to drop things off (or go to the loo!). Breakfast was pretty basic with cereal, yogurt, bread and some fruit but when it's included in the price you can't complain! The coffee was good which is always a bonus. Being in the centre of a city, there was a considerable amount of traffic noise - with trams operating from dawn - so earplugs are a good idea. The two men who manned the reception desk and seemed to have the early and late shifts divided between them (sorry - I can't remember your names 5 months later!), were both absolutely lovely and could not have been more helpful. Sarajevo is an amazing city - fascinating, vibrant and both hopeful and sad. I can see why so many people fall in love with it. It is a city that should be visited and, if you do, this is, without question, the hotel to stay in.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and I had a wonderful experience! First the pros: 1) The location of the hotel is unbeatable. You are right in the middle of the old town (Baščaršija), a block from the famous Sebilj and practically next door to all the best restaurants and cafes in this part of town. I repeat, unbeatable location! 2) The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of options and overall varied. 3) When I arrived the WiFi signal was not working in my room (I stayed on the top floor), and when I told the front desk staff about it, they immediately fixed it! 4) Staff, staff and staff! I have no words to describe how kind and friendly the staff in this hotel is (Senad, Arnes, Mirsa, and the rest of the staff). They were always very kind in pointing me out the best places to eat, to visit, etc. And it was always a pleasant moment of the day just to have a chat with all of them. They even arranged my pick-up and drop-off from and to Sarajevo Airport. The cons (which are very few) 1) I stayed in a single room on the top floor, and the room had a damp smell (maybe because of the carpet, I don't know). The room was always very clean and tidy, but it had this smell. 2) During some parts of the day you hear this kinda loud sound from the tram running in front of the hotel, but it is bearable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay in this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone planning to visit the magic city of Sarajevo. Puno hvala to the staff!

This was both a business and pleasure trip. We booked last minute and the staff were absolutely outstanding and very accommodating especially when it came to my elderly grandmother and also my young son. The location was fantastic right in Bascarsija. Breakfast was a fantastic German style which I absolutely love. Will defiantly stay here again :)
