This former house now has 12 guest rooms on 3 floors, along with a dining room in the basement. It has a nice location near Murat Toptani Street and the music street, not far from the main square. Spacious guest rooms have marble floors, high ceilings with carved wood around the chandeliers and carved wood headboards and chairs. Showers have good water pressure and are hot but be careful - they can be very slippery. No complimentary bottled water was provided. A slight annoyance was barking dogs in the evening. A scrumptious and large breakfast was included.

Brilant Antik is a boutique hotel with tasteful decor, spacious rooms and really friendly staff. Aldo, Arta, and Raphaelo were the warmest, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant food was very fresh, and the service was good. The chef was not only skilled with food preparation but plating as well. The hotel room was quiet, and is a 10 mins walk to Scandenbeg Square (main square), and museums. I would recommend the hotels fresh juices, and their risottos! Had a great time this hotel!

We spent a week at Hotel Brilant Antik this June, and we've had the best experience ever in all of our traveling experience. The hotel staff, especially Arta (the assistant manager), Nora (the owner), Behar (the housekeeper), Ardian (the chef), and Aldo and Rafaelo (the restaurant waiters) were without exception all superb. Arta speaks English fluently, as do several others. The staff were incredibly gracious and thoughtful. The location is ideal: 10 minutes' walk from Skandeberg Square, but on a quiet side street so there is no noise disturbance at all. The rooms are gorgeous - spacious and with real character, in a traditional style furnished with antiques, desk, chairs, large cabinet, mini-bar, excellent a/c, great hot showers. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, superb food and service, hand-carved wood chairs. there's also a cafe. The breakfasts are fantastic - freshly squeezed apple, orange, or kiwi juice at no extra charge, eggs cooked to order, fresh vegetables and delicious fresh fruits, different kinds of cheese, meat if requested, and more. We were very sad when we had to leave, we easily could have enjoyed staying another week or more. Arta can also arrange day-trips for guests, such as to the nearby beaches, at a reasonable cost. The prices were very reasonable and they were willing to accept my AmX credit card, which many hotels would not. It's also worth noting that we are a multiracial family and in some parts of Eastern Europe have encountered racism but at this hotel everyone was totally welcoming and embracing of us.

Very nice, elegant, comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant staff; gracious and helpful. Good location, close to the center. I anticipated some trouble finding it - it's down a little alley off the main street - but easy to spot, With a little help from Google maps in advance, we found it easily.
