The standard rooms are big. Room cleaned daily and toiletries and mini bar provided. Breakfast was included in the rate and offered a selection of cereals, fruit, hot items, bakery etc. live music in the bar on Friday night. Limited English tv channels. Great Hotel, Good Location, about 15 - 20 minute walk to skanderbeg square. rooftop bar is fantastic with a small outside pool. Rooms were great . Breakfast was great , Staff were all helpful especially reception. If i return to Tirana would not hesitate to book here. 10 /10

I don’t even know where to start. The staff seems like back in the Soviet times, no one seems happy about their job and just look moppy. Rooms are spacious, but decor is very over the top and Soviet-ish. Good location, decent breakfast, but nothing special. For Albanian standards, this is suppose to be a good hotel but wasn’t impressed.

We spent one night at the hotel mondial and had a wonderful, quiet and relaxing stay. Perfect walking distance to the sights and restaurants. Enjoyed appetizers and drinks at the rooftop bar as well. Would definitely stay here again!

My son and I used to go to the pool in June 2022 and I used to pay only for me. Today, I payed also for my son that is 5 years old. Changing the rules im the middle of the season is something really weird. Thats why i do not recommend.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and a rooftop bar and pool overlooking the city. We had a wonderful time here staying twice with 2 weeks apart. Great colonial style hotel. Rooms 403 and 404 has a large balcony just below the pool bar area at the rooftop highly recommend these rooms. Airport transfer is 17€ and great place for families. We had connecting rooms.

The Mondial was a quiet, relaxing place to stay in the city center. What I liked: my room was simple and spacious. The service at the hotel, from reception to the restaurant, was excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet served in the morning had great options; I liked the crepes, fresh bread, and the eggs. There were small birdcages on the landing of the stairs indoors which was a beautiful touch, I liked hearing the birds chirp softly in the morning. The location was central - I was able to walk around easily and without any problems. I felt safe. There are two ATMs very close to the hotel which was convenient, and there are many shops just steps away. The rooftop pool, while small, was a nice amenity. What I didn’t: finding a place to park around the hotel can be tough (generally speaking, its hard find parking around Tirana). The wifi connection only worked about 50% of the time. There are only a handful of lounge chairs at the pool, most were taken when I arrived. The rooms look a little dated. Overall it was a nice stay. Thanks for the great hospitality.…

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are lovely, super-friendly and extremely helpful. The lobby, bars and pool area are great. Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. It seems a place that many locals also come to socialise which makes for a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast is good. The hotel can arrange taxis for you in the Hotel’s own air-conditioned people carrier- very comfortable and cheaper than the local taxis.

The whole experience at this hotel was just lovely from the moment we arrived until we checked out! Very charming boutique hotel in central Tirana with nice and serviceminded staff, willing to do that little extra. We stayed in the apartment which had a very unique architecture, combined with modern facilities, two bathrooms & three balconies in different locations, 2 large bedrooms, kitchen, desk and large closets. Nice Rooftop pool, bar and Lounge area. Very reasonably priced, drinks and snacks for the whole family for about 12 euros. Thank you Mondial hotel for a lovely stay! We will meet again!

Average hotel with cumbersome street parking. Our suite had noisy airconditioning. Breakfast was limited for vegetarians although we had advised the hotel at the time of booking and on checkin. While tea was self-service, Coffee had to be requested from the staff who were not interested in taking your orders. Grumpy and rude servers will not refill the breakfast buffet at 9am, even though breakfast timing was upto 10am.They even refused to give us tomato ketchup!! We had to ask the reception to request them !!
