Very clean, central hotel with very friendly staff.
The rooms are super modern and very beautiful, with a huge smart TV, a huge shower, a wall-mounted hairdryer but still functional.
Another thing that pleasantly surprised me is the courtesy kit provided in the room where you can find everything apart from the usual shampoo, shower cap, bubble bath and body lotion. We found: toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, make-up remover pads in cotton, cotton buds, razor blade with hair removal cream, shoe polish and two very soft bathrobes.
We had the room on the fourteenth floor, with a nice view of the skyscrapers.
The breakfast is decent, not excellent but you can find both sweet and savory and the girls work hard, they are very kind.
They allowed us to leave our luggage, because we had an evening flight, so we could be around and they also let us stay for almost the entire afternoon until the evening waiting for the driver to go to the airport.
I didn't give full marks solely and exclusively for the fact that breakfast is provided at the reception. That morning a group of at least 30 people arrived, perhaps even more, and they clogged up the room, preventing access to the buffet, leaving the door open and it was very cold because it was raining. At that point the very kind girls at the reception had to think about both check in and breakfast, creating a bit of a wait but they were really very kind and continually apologized for the inconvenience that morning.
My advice for the hotel is not to allow anyone to check in in the morning or at least to do so after breakfast.
Despite this small flaw I recommend it to everyone and would happily return.

Hotel a few minutes from the center. Not clearly visible sign located in a small and narrow private road. Young and modern environment but narrow and limited spaces. It is located inside a skyscraper of which it occupies two levels.
The room we booked was a deluxe but really small overall, around 15-16 m2 divided into approximately 10 meters of room, 3 meters of bathroom and another 3 meters of small entrance. There is no wardrobe but only an open shelf immediately behind the door. The bathroom lacks hooks on which to hang a piece of clothing or the bathrobe provided once it has been used. There isn't a chair and there isn't enough space. We had problems with the electronic key being changed twice but then fixed with the cleaning staff's passpartout. The breakfast is more than sufficient although the dessert was very limited and the croissants in particular were made with sheep or goat's milk which made them not very pleasant. The cost of 85 euros per night considering the general costs of Tirana is not exactly convenient. The almost entirely female staff was very kind and available, nothing to say. In conclusion, a valid hotel but I would classify it as three stars.

Fantastic hotel. The reception staff were very polite and I was able to check in slightly early.
The room was clean and had plenty of space, the bathroom was in good condition with rain shower and hair dryer.
The hotels location is quite easy to find, the entrance is off the main road so can be missed but as soon as you see the sign turn and you will find the door on the right.
Hotel located close to the centre, no more than 10 min walk.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent 6 nights at this excellent hotel.
The rooms were large, modern and very comfortable. They are all on the 8th floor of an apartment building, so the city views from the balcony were amazing and the room was quiet at night.
The air conditioning worked well and the rooms had both a kettle and a mini bar.
The breakfast was good, with a wide selection of food and on some mornings, eggs were cooked to order.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. The owner also made a point of speaking to guests at breakfast and making sure everything was ok.
The location was great, right in the centre of the Bllokku area where there are many bars and restaurants. It’s just over 5 minutes walk to Skanderberg Square and Tirana Castle is close by too.
We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Tirana.

This hotel is lovely, very good nice size rooms, clean and tidy, with wonderful views from the balcony, they also provide a kettle and there is a minibar. The buffett breakfast provides a wide range of food but they will also cooks omlettes if you want. What makes this hotel good is the staff, they all made us feel very welcome and were attentive and very helpful during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to most of the main attractions and there are plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is decent, views from up top are good, it's a decent hotel for the price. Rooms are a bit "meh", but all the par for this price range. Staff aren't great - a simple room change request was met with Olympic level unhelpfulness (well, more like a blatant lie which was only resolved after I challenged her comments). If you are a relatively chilled traveller this should work for a night or two. But due to the negative staff interaction I rate this as below average

I had very little expectations when i was about to check into this hotel. Do not expect spacious lawns, or reception or large corridors or majestic rooms. But i have to say that my stay was pretty enjoyable. Extra super and courteous staff. Gosh they were all young people. For a moment i thought i was checking into a college hostel. The hotel is modern with smart utilization of the spaces. The rooms and bathrooms are just enough for couples and business travelers. I also saw some couples with kids, so this must also have suited them. The breakfast was ok and i cannot complain as i felt it just checked the enough elements required. The location is good as it is a very short walk to all the main attractions and centre of the city. Some rooms have balconies and some dont, so check yourself in with one that has. Its not suited for those who has their cars or come by one. The area has very limited parking.

I had wonderful stay at this hotel! Clean, modern, exceptional reception staff and walking distance to main city attractions.
If you travel back to Tirana airport, you can get Luna bus for as little as 400LEK ,bus stop located is behind Opera Building on Main Square.

Very nice hotel, room on small size but was very clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was good, staff were great. Location was perfect, walked everywhere, would certainly recommend.
Why trip advised do I need 200 characters minimum, maybe some of us can do a review with less!

I booked Mulaj hotel from 19 to 24 AUG 2022..
from booking.com.with free cancellation till 17 AUG 2022..
Unfortunately the airlines cancelled the flight on date 18 and immediately I contacted booking.com and requested to cancel the reservation and waive the cancellation fees and they agreed as what happend was not from my side and out of my control and I sent copy of the cancellation email but booking.com informed me that they have to wait for the hotel approval.
After several follow ups the hotel refused to waive the fees which was the full booking amount..
I contacted the hotel over the phone and requested me to send on whats app.and the replied the same. After that I tried to send to them on whatsapp but they ignored my messages..Thank you Mulaj for the bad experience and not understanding the case.

Dear Guest! We are sorry for your bad experience and we know your flight was cancelled in last minute. Our booking policy is very flexible Cancell for free just 24 hours before arrival day and this was not your case...that's way booking.com needs our hotel agreement to wave the fee of cancellation.. In such cases the flight providers are responsible to refund all costs of flight and booking... Best regards Mulaj Hotel Team
