finding good value, comfortable accommodation that is clean and characterful is a challenge in Suva, but the 5 Princes ticks all the boxes. The Bures are just perfect, essentially a studio apartment with a small terrace set in lush grounds which include a swimming pool and a great terrace on the main house where you can relax and see the...

This was my home away from home during a recent trip to Fiji with a group and it certainly surpassed every expectation. The main building is a historic homestead, so has an old island style feel to it, but it's been very tastefully renovated. There are several free standing burres, and a great pool, with covered area for relaxing on...

Wonderful living in midst of fruit orchards, lush gardens of blooming flowers overlooking Pacific ocean in the backdrop of Suva harbour. Its heritage property fully run and managed by family. Self-contained Wooden cottages and rooms are absolutely clean and fresh to spend holidays with excellent sleep quality. Linen is sparkling white and washrooms are modern and cleaned on daily basis....

We were a group of 8 and stayed there for 3 nights, 4 in one cabin and 4 in the other. Cabins had two rooms in each, a kitchen and a lounge area with TVs . Service was alright (receptionist seemed nice), location was good (10-15min taxi into city) and the cabins were great and spacious, rooms were reasonable sized,...

I feel compelled to submit this review because the reviews on tripadvisor is skewed too positively for the Five Princes Hotel. First of all, the hotel is VERY dated and the facilities are terribly basic. A very small TV is fitted in each room and there were 5 channels available. 2 of the channels are of watchable quality. 1 of...

I only stayed at Five Princes for 2 nights during my short stay in Suva. The hotel is in Tamavua (not walking distance to the town centre) but not far away by car. My room was clean and tastefully decorated, and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly. It felt more like a homestay rather than a hotel as the property...

We just stayed at this hotel for a night and found it very comfy but very dated, in its day it would have been the place to be even though it's out of the cbd it's still very well set up. We had a double room for us as two couples and we had everything we needed and the cost...

The hotel provides an enjoyable atmosphere of genuine friendliness. The rooms are quite large and comfortable and the food was very good - if you are looking for a peaceful stay with relaxing ambiance and prompt and helpful service, this is the place.

Five Princess Hotel is a bit different from other hotels especially chain hotels. It’s like a small home away from home. The hotel is small but spacious with some ten rooms located in the main colonial style building of the hotel whilst a number of bungalow type rooms (ideal for families) are situated in the spacious green grounds surrounding the...

5 Princes beats any hotel in Suva for ambience. Lovely old colonial building and great buses- with kitchen facilities. Lovely pool and garden and Gase, who has been cooking at 5 Princes for >30 years, is a wonderful cook. Lovely to come hoe to after a long day at work. A home away form home.
