We stayed 2 nights on arrival in Fiji and 1 night before departure which worked well as we were able leave bags whilst visiting the islands. It was good value and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very handy being close to the airport and Nadi town, and the Yasawa Flyer does a transfer from...

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was small, queen bed and a single, but it was fine for what we needed. The meals were higher than most places, but not surprising. The breakfast buffet was excellent though, a number of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Arrived at 2pm to check in and reception had my details but their computer system was down, therefore a little troublesome producing an electronic key. Porter used master key to provide access and our room key was delivered a short while later. Rooms are not large but ok for short stays. The room layout could be improved to enhance the...

I stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of my trip. My luggage went missing from Australia and the staff were so helpful contacting the airport and giving me advice. The rooms are clean and quiet and both nights I slept so well. They have air con and tea making facilities plus fridge. The pool is nice and so...

I visited this hotel with friends. Great dinner with difference worldwide cuisine. Prices were quite reasonable. My friends would only eat at this location, as they knew it was exquisite and remarkable food.

Free airport shuttle was brilliant and no hassle. We dropped off passengers at novotel and from having seen the comparison I should have chosen to stay there. The atmosphere at Mercure was just bizzare, check in was awkward, staff were a little lost but polite. The room was stuck in a time warp with strange air-conditioning and furniture. Very dated...

My room was at the farthest end of the hotel building, but probably made it quieter. Rooms not very sound proof, but were clean and comfortable enough. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Had a pool and children's area. There is a bar and restaurant, but I only had the breakfast that came with my room rate, it was quiet...

Close to the airport. Clean and modern. The pool was small but big enough to keep you cool, comfortable deck chairs with shade. Restaurant provided delicious food. Pickup? Drop off and breakfast included.

Disappointingly, this Hotel was the worst we stayed in in Fiji. Some of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was ok, but all the service was EXTREMELY slow. We arrived in Nadi around 7pm, and I thought this would be plenty of time to get my 7-year-old son in bed soon after 8pm. But in fact, after...
