We had our flight cancelled back to NZ, so were in a bit of a predicament, as we were a family of 12 travelling together. Naisoso Villas are only 10 mins from Nadi Airport, and were the only accomodation we could book that night, for a minimum of 2 nights.
The villa that we stayed in was 5 bedrooms, a huge lounge and kitchen area, a movie room (totally unexpected) and a large deep swimming pool.
The staff were superb in looking after us, going out of their way when we needed groceries for the couple of days, and let us store our bags before we could get into the villa.
Although we couldn’t access Wifi and internet the first night (but we used our own mobile data) the couple who owned the property came and fixed it the next day.
The cleaning staff were meticulous and thorough.
We came across some big spiders, but that is par for the course and added a wildlife adventure to our stay.
Our grandkids swam for a lot of time in the pool, and played pool on the table supplied. They even enjoyed the outside bath (not the only choice) and the outside, very private, shower.
All the rooms were well supplied with all the necessary toiletries and towels, all of which smelled lovely, very Fiji.
The stay is a little on the expensive side, but I felt it was well worth it. And we had the “Love Island” villa just down the road. Excitement!!

" Villa 67 " - What an amazing, beautiful & immaculate place to stay!
The villa itself is heaven which I have personally never experienced staying in such a mansion ever before. We stayed with our family of 11 for 2 nights and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The villa itself is very well designed and spacious. The villa is well positioned & is overlooking the spectacular "Sleeping Giant Mountain" and very well presented.
Cleanliness : Everything was clean, in order and the entire place was spotless. All the appliances / equipment is in a great condition and was working properly.
This Villa has everything to accommodate guest of any age group and no one would feel left out. This Villa has a gaming room and has pool table, table tennis, Mahjong Automatic table etc. It also has a karaoke home theatre system with indoor gym.
We were very well accommodated during a power outage as the Villa has it's own generator. It was great meeting the man himself, Mr Lee the owner of Villa 67. Mr & Mrs Lee personally came to accommodate us during power outage and showed us how to operate a generator and topped up fuel as well.
I would highly recommend having this porch mansion experience once in a lifetime with your family & friends.

Our group checked into villa 93 in early July and even had to stay an extra night after staying for four. Our family of 12 was looking for a place we could all come together, rest, cook, eat, laugh and keep our children all under 12 yrs of age entertained. And we were immediately impressed by how spacious and well looked after the villa was with ensuite rooms and BBQ setup ready to go. The pool is where we all eventually congregated to soak in the sun and take in the breathtaking views of the sleeping giant mountain. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary utensils and kitchenware. The media room had all the kids winding down in the evening after a lovely day of sun and games in the pool. We simply had to stay an extra night. All in all, upon leaving the villa we all appreciated the relaxation and comfort we got in Naisoso and are looking forward to our next Naisoso escape. Thanks again to Chanel and team for making our stay memorable and always being considerate and kind.

Purpose of our stay was celebrating milestone birthdays, 70th and 5 year old. Disappointing from the time we arrived. No transfer on arrival. We were given an unsatisfactory explanation from the staff at main office re. Transfer. We stayed at Villa 84. My sister and I arrived early and decided to swim in the pool. Staff member made coffee and hung around. We did not want to entertain but we were not rude. Shared spaces needed a good wipe down. We used wipes we had to do that. The fridge was dirty and still had items in it from possibly previous stay. We had staff coming and going from the Villa unannounced throughout. We could see only the bins in our rooms were emptied. We figured the pool guy cause he did what was required and left with out a word each time. We had to request for cleaning items and towels. We got them near the end of our stay. You advertise on your website all the services you provide for a top class stay but we did not receive any of it but we paid and expected a quality experience. We had 9 adults and there were only two single couches in the living room. We appreciate the request for a baby cot was provided. The pool was a highlight but please fix the tiles. My nephew was cut from it and we did notice a few tiles missing. There is so much potential for a great stay and a better service. We haved stayed at other resorts in Fiji and received quality service and great experiences. Disappointing that we will not recommended Naisoso Villa to anyone.

Went to Fiji to visit friends and family and was lucky enough to get accommodation at Naisoso Island. Checked into Villa 92- this apartment had beautiful views, private pool, private jetty which was good for fishing and it came with a private cinema. Large open living space, great for kids to run around and make as much noise as they want without disturbing other guest. Accommodation is suitable for large group of travelers and people looking for homelike environment with a sense of being in paradise. Definitely will return in the future and certainly recommend this place. Shout out to all the admin, housekeeping and security staff. Vinaka vaka levu.

Our five-night stay at Nasoso Island Villa was unforgettable, though not for the reasons you might hope when booking a luxury retreat. If your dream holiday involves managing household repairs and navigating surprises, this might be the place for you.
Upon arrival, the villa’s flaws became evident. The electric stove bore a large crack that, we later learned, had been there for months. The swimming pool’s once-blue tiles had turned an unsightly yellow. Air conditioning was inconsistent, with 2 out of 6 units nonfunctional, making for uncomfortable evenings. Adding to the inconvenience, we were asked to move to another villa after check-in due to unresolved issues in the first one.
The most alarming incident occurred in the living room when a centipede bit one of our friends. While the villa staff promptly covered all medical expenses, the encounter left our group on edge, making us suspicious of further "wildlife" interactions.
To the staff's credit, some issues were resolved during our stay, but the overall experience felt more like a work-cation than a holiday. This villa might be the perfect fit if you’re eager to moonlight as a property manager while on vacation. Otherwise, proceed with caution—or perhaps skip it altogether.
Final Verdict: Nasoso Island Villa offers potential, but until these glaring issues are addressed, it’s hard to recommend.

Do not book directly from their website! A day before arriving at Fiji we've received an email stating that our accomodation's location has been changed, but no details were given, just a Google maps link which was directing us to a KIA dealership. We have booked it based on the location in the first place. There was no response to email or WhatsApp messages. When we've arrived, called the office immediately and been told they will call us back in 30 min. unfortunately we had to call them back several times to get the address and been send to somebody residential address!

Villa 104. No hot water, and when we tried to call the maintenance team they blocked my number. How do I know this? I called from my sisters phone and it went through immediately. We paid 4000 for 2 nights, had no hot water and aircon in one of the rooms didn't work. They tried to fix it however that lasted for 2 hours and then we were back to square one. Our calls continously being ignored. Holi tried to help us when I eventually walked up to their office, she was the only one who tried to sort the issue out. However who ever takes the maintenance phone calls shouldn't be in that position if she can't help their guest. Overall house was ok, had cheap and limited dishware and not enough towels. These are essential services especially if they charge international rate and request for upfront payments. Our family got another villa, paid 4500 for 2 nights and the dishwasher didn't even work. Will not recommend to anyone.

ETA for our flight was 6:30am. We arrived with 3 other flights and to make it worse, there was no electricity at the airport. We didn’t think anyone was still going to wait for us but our beautiful host Holeva was still waiting 3 hours later. She greeted us with the most beautiful and warm smile together with Koli. Even though she was up early 5:00 to 5:30 at the office preparing to host another family, she would always make time to see if we were okay or if we needed anything. Our villa was beautiful and we had the most gorgeous views of the mangroves and the Sleeping giants in the distance. It was peaceful and relaxing. The villa provided the essentials and it was comfortable and spacious. We had no neighbours so we had total privacy. Tv didn’t have any reception but that’s okay because we spent our days basking in the sun and enjoying the view. Holeva, you went above and beyond to make our holiday a memorable one and it was. We were supposed to be 12 but ended up being 10. We stayed comfortably. The service is great. The staff are awesome. The villas gave us great space to have a retreat, have confidential discussions in a space and at the same time have fun with full privacy. The villas are spark and clean. The fully equiped kitched allowed us to cook what we wanted and helped with our team building. I would definately go back.
